The service is so slow that by the time they brought me the food, I wasn't hungry anymore.

Ordered to go. 2 burgers. One of the burgers was barely cooked and certainly not medium rare. It practically had a pulse and was not able to be eaten. On top of that, BBQ sauce was ordered and it was noted on the order slip when I picked it up but there was zero on it, in it or near it. Fries were hard and not cooked as well as cold. To pay good money to be this unhappy when ordering something as simple as a burger, is not ok. Clearly no quality control. Will NOT be back which is unfortunate because its always been good but the last two times as well as this one were awful so 3 strikes. See ya.

Burgers were burnt on the outside. Cook was paying more attention to his phone than the food he was burning. Service was very slow.

Had the fish n chips, pathetically small piece of fish that was over cooked. My wife had the brisket burger, tasted great but was woefully overcooked

O M G! I thought I posted a Glowing review, but maybe I didn't. So....here we go.
This place should one of the world's great Wonders. There was nothing bad. Everyone and everything was Outstanding. The wait staff to the Executive Chef that came by to check on our food was Awesome. New to the area and this will be a place we will frequent often.

I really want to love this place because I very much enjoy coming for their Wednesday night trivia. Unfortunately, it is pretty much the only thing I enjoy about this place. I've tried so many items on the menu and they almost always disappoint. The mac n cheese, fries and soups are inconsistent, the burger sliders (happy hour item) are dry, the fried pickles are butter chips...I'm sorry, what? Never have I had sweet fried pickles anywhere, and there is a reason every other restaurant does dill. The spinach artichoke dip might be alright, even though the cheese is more like a velveeta, but the chips served with said dip are often totally stale. There are more disappointing items, but I will stop there. I trust the buffalo chicken salad to be pretty good, and that is truly it. The service is hit or miss. All the waiters are friendly, but they frequently do not clear the table of empty plates of food and beverages. The kitchen is a whole different issue. The wait times can be horrible. One night here for trivia, after waiting about an hour for salad, we were finally told the whole kitchen staff walked. The restaurant is often very cold, but now we've learned to wear long sleeves, even though at the moment of writing this, it's in the 80s most days. Not sure what's going on here, but they have some work to do, especially on their ingredients. As a final note, the regional manager, or someone higher up (I didn't quite catch his title) was in last night. He did not come to our table, but we saw him ask others how things were going and then disappear. I would have brought my concerns to his attention instead of writing here, but as I did not see him again, I am leaving this in hopes Cowbell can make some changes as I truly would like to see them succeed.

The food was very good. Lots of flavor in the pork and the steak. We went Monday and Wednesday for dinner.

The service was slow and had a turkey burger that was too spicy to eat. The cook definitely had a bad day that day. Even the fries were spicey. Had the same problem about 3 months prior where the food and service was not good. Good beer selection though. Probably not going back anytime soon.

Thursday evenings they have music which was really nice. However I ordered chicken tenders. They were anything but tender. Severely over cooked and hard as a rock. The panko crust was too thick for me and unfortunately for me full of milk. ... I am lactose intolerant... they also did not have honey mustard as a choice for the dipping sauce.

Burger was delicious. I usually get onion rings when they're on the menu, but $14.95 is steep. I was expecting them to be awesome. Sadly, just ok. Spinach artichoke dip was very good.
