Waitress was more interested in talking with her friends at the bar than waiting on our table. She forgot app order, forgot sides ordered, never came back to ask for drinks and when we flagged her to order more drinks she left them at the bar for us to go up and pick them up ourselves.

Service was horrible, food took forever when yet resteraunt was dead. It was not worth the money. There steak was smaller in oz than states on menu, mac and cheese like a processed microwaved dish - poor in quality. The staff disappeared, didn’t check on drinks or food items and dishes were dirty!

We have had good and bad experiences with this restaurant. After today, we won’t be ordering from them again. Many issues with our order, including missing the appetizer. The sandwiches’ ingredients were mixed up, my husband’s bacon was on my sandwich, etc. My chicken was undercooked, which is always unacceptable in my book. It’s an immediate no. Unfortunate, and I feel that no one really cared about our experience.

If you were looking for a restaurant to enjoy a casual meal with people you enjoy, choose someplace else. The manager James, just called me back to tell me that the reason why we were rushed out the door is because we took longer than 20 minutes to eat our dinner. I am handicap and have cerebral palsy. My husband has to take time to help me cut my food before we eat. We had our check on the table before either of us even took a bite of food. Within 15 minutes they came to ask if we needed to take out box . We were both still eating. The manager called me back and told me that was customary and that they like to get people in and out quickly during lunch. It was 4 o’clock on a Saturday afternoon. We were one of two tables that were full. The waiter told him we were taking too long to eat. Never again. Way to be an inclusive restaurant open to everyone.

Have always loved cowbells, but went yesterday, ordered two burgers same medium well, my gram got her burger perfect, I took a bite into mine and it’s pink. Took 5 minutes to get the waiters attention to come over to tell him my burger wasn’t even fully cooked as asked. They threw it back on the grill and brought over a sloppy looking fully cooked burger, taste was poor cause it got re-cooked so the flavor of the sauce on top was gone. They offered more sweet potato tots as a fix, just disappointed all around in yesterday’s experience.

Full Disclosure, I ordered food from cowbell and some of it was wonderful and some of it wasn't. But, when I addressed the issue with a manager they handled it graciously, by acknowledging my concerns and making up for it in a very generous way. The steak salad and the burger were quite delicious.

We came for late lunch so it's quite empty. Service was really good 😀 But the waiting for food was pretty long...) We ordered 1. Thanksgiving Burger with added tots(My son loved it. He gave 5 stars) 2. Fall Short Ribs Grilled Cheese (portion is smaller than expected but tasted good. 5 stars) 3. Steak and cheese (3 stars) 4. Superfood Salad (3 stars)

Food was great good to see the new specials. Service was fast, friendly and super fun (than you Ali). Noise inside can get a bit overwhelming when the crowds gather so the patio is very nice when it's in season.

We were in the area and some recommended Cowbell. We had a great warm welcome and was seated right away. Michael was our server and went through the menue with us and recommend the Grill Cheese Short Rib Soecial. And started off with a great beer suggestion called Lunch. Services was four stars and the food was amazing. Great atmosphere great food and excellent staff. We will be back to see Mike and Amber again.

Overall great experience. Arrived on a Friday around 5:15 pm with two adults and my two nephews. We were seated very quickly and Amber took great care of us, grabbing us extra napkins for the kiddos without needing to be asked. Burgers were good, tater tots were great (Amber’s solid recommendation), and beer was cold. Not entirely sure what’s up with the other reviews, but I would recommend this place and Amber’s service
