This Dunkin needs to get its self together I sat in the drive through for 10 mins listening to someone who had their mic turned on talking crap about the drinks the fire dept was ordering calling their choices heart attacks in a cup. Then when someone finally tried to take my order there were 2 voices fighting with each other in the drive through speaker. Common guys get it together.

Umm... placed a mobile order at 7:20pm for a Chai latte.. got there and was told they couldn't make the Chai latte because they cleaned the latte machine at 7:15pm... asked for a refund and they said they didn't do refunds there!

Everytime I come here during my shift I get an order of snackin bacon with my order and without fail every time they either told me they don’t have it or they just serve me plain bacon that’s lukewarm in a bag. As somebody who used to work at Dunkin’ Donuts it’s not that hard to put seasoning on them and throw them in the toaster. To pay nearly $7 for a bag of 2 plain lukewarm bacons is not right. It’s lazy

Went through the drive through Thursday around 10:30am. I got to the window and the girl handed me my bag I replied with “ thank you “ no response. I gave her my card and when she gave it back I said “ thank you “ zero response. I would maybe put her on cleaning tables and get her off the drive through window if she doesn’t have a personality or manners. She did not say ONE word to me. They need to take some advice from the girls working at Aroma Joes they always have manners!
The ladies who work in the morning are great. They get to know you and your orders. Unfortunately, too many hands get involved lately. Too many items of my orders have been forgotten, and then you're unable to contact the store. The phone states no one is available could have an answering machine,

This Dunkin was really nice! The place was clean and employees continued cleaning while it was slow. The food and coffee were nice and hot. The staff were friendly, not only to customers but also to each other. The donut selection was limited, but that was only because we came in around 9am, after the morning rush. Hat off to the young lady (Katie?) at the register who took our order. She was really nice, very friendly and approachable.
