Everytime I come here during my shift I get an order of snackin bacon with my order and without fail every time they either told me they don’t have it or they just serve me plain bacon that’s lukewarm in a bag. As somebody who used to work at Dunkin’ Donuts it’s not that hard to put seasoning on them and throw them in the toaster. To pay nearly $7 for a bag of 2 plain lukewarm bacons is not right. It’s lazy
Frequently, forgets and mixes up items on orders.
Went through the drive through Thursday around 10:30am. I got to the window and the girl handed me my bag I replied with “ thank you “ no response. I gave her my card and when she gave it back I said “ thank you “ zero response. I would maybe put her on cleaning tables and get her off the drive through window if she doesn’t have a personality or manners. She did not say ONE word to me. They need to take some advice from the girls working at Aroma Joes they always have manners!

The ladies who work in the morning are great. They get to know you and your orders. Unfortunately, too many hands get involved lately. Too many items of my orders have been forgotten, and then you're unable to contact the store. The phone states no one is available could have an answering machine,

Hashbrowns and wrap were hard, like they sat out overnight. Tortilla was hard, have never had that happen, husband’s was the same. Done with Scarborough Dunkin in Rt 1.

This Dunkin was really nice! The place was clean and employees continued cleaning while it was slow. The food and coffee were nice and hot. The staff were friendly, not only to customers but also to each other. The donut selection was limited, but that was only because we came in around 9am, after the morning rush. Hat off to the young lady (Katie?) at the register who took our order. She was really nice, very friendly and approachable.

I do not get this place!!! We often enough order from this location as there’s not many bfast options in Scarborough and it’s convenient! But HOW CAN THEY MESS UP the orders HALF OF THE TIME and it never stops?!!!! I got a large black tea, or the label it’s black tea with only 1 sugar, it is COFFEE with full amount of sugar!!! Most of the time I order a sandwich and a drink to go, I only get half of the things right!!! One time they got the drink wrong (coffee instead of tea), meat wrong (turkey sausage instead of regular sausage), cheese wrong (Swiss instead of American), and forgot the donut! How can this be possible?! Maybe I should be happy at least they gave me an egg?!! This is extremely frustrating as I can’t go back to exchange after I already leave. Not to mention the convenience is the only reason I’m still giving chances to this place once a while.

I've come to this location at least half a dozen times in the past 2 years. Every single time i go around 4:45ish the doors are locked, even though online the hours indicate the restaurant opens at 4:30. The hours on the door indicate they open at 4:30. An no not just drive thru, but says the dining room is open at 4:30. This is grossly misrepresented because you aren't open, nor does anyone answer the phone when you call. I also work in customer service, this type of behavior would not be tolerated nor should it be. If you don't want to serve people in the restaurant at 4:30AM or answer the telephone then change your hours, to reflex what time you would be willing to serve customers in your restaurant. People make plans based on information acquired on YOUR website and FRONT DOOR. Fix it, it's embarrassing!

Google says to share my experience..... Zero stars should be an option ... Especially because I can't share my experience because they don't open the doors... Despite online and the building saying they open at 430 - including for dine in - nope. And it says the hours were just confirmed 4 weeks ago. This is the second or third time ... One may think "call and ask" - as I walked away I thought that was a good idea too. I mean I just saw the employees in there, surly they'll answer the phone - not like they have a big crowd to deal with in there. NOPE... it's set to an automated response that has no voicemail and disconnects the call. For a business that relies on sales, you seem to be going to great lengths to avoid your customers.
'Dumkin on the run' - yup.... I'm running next door to Starbucks.
Dietary restrictions: If you have a highly restrictive diet such that you can't eat or drink anything, they got ya covered.
Hi, my name is DUNKIN. Our servers will put your donuts frosting side down in your bag so it is ruined before you can eat it. We also serve copious amounts of cram and sugar with a splash of coffee

I stop in around 8-10 every other morning during the week, I usually order a few minutes ahead and it’s almost always ready and sitting on the counter ready to be picked up when I walk in. They just hired a handful of new staff so there was a short hiccup while they were being trained but this location is running so much better compared to its status a few months/ weeks ago.
