I did not even order from here, I went in and there was a young male employee who is CLEARLY MISERABLE and wants the world to know it. He was swearing and speaking with aggression towards someone about “punching ____ in the face”. There are women (like myself) hearing that kind of hostility and anger and NEVER order from someone like that! Why would someone like that be allowed to work with the public, they need to get some help. The coworkers/manager is just as bad for not seeing that this is inane behavior. Do not go here.

Wish I could give 0 stars! The service here is extremely discriminating against minorities and women! They were so rude to my sister especially the employee with orange hair, when all she wanted was to get her drink changed.
The team manager appeared to be in the back just watching the employee, scream and rudely throw my sisters money at her through the window. This is crazy! And I’m sad that I see some other reviews having experienced this! Please do better training your employees. I will definitely not be supporting this establishment after this.

All I did was ask to have two items removed from my drive-thru order, and instead of simply fixing it, the staff yelled at me with an attitude saying, “Next time aren’t removing anything, we’re so backed up.” When I asked them to speak to me with respect, multiple staff members started attacking me.
They threw my money back at me through the window instead of handing it back normally. That is not how you treat your customers. It is unacceptable no customer deserves to be treated in that poor manner. I won’t be returning.

I came through last week to get coffee and 2 orders of hash browns. A short male with brown hair and a pony tail told me they were out of hash browns. He took my order immediately with attitude. Why work in customer service if customers are a “inconvenience” the kid openly said that he wasn’t going to get out till 8 pm because people kept coming. Absolutely ridiculous behavior and won’t be coming back. I’ve had this issue with this employee many times before refusing to sell food at around 3pm. Don’t waste your time here if he’s working!

I come to this Dunkin everyday and always see the employees seemingly closing alone! I can’t imagine how stressed they are. There’s this one blonde girl who closes alone who works extremely hard to get our orders out and is very sweet and clearly very experienced and I feel so bad when she’s stressed. Please get more employees on closing as an ex employee of Dunkin this is ridiculous. Especially since this one is right off the highway I can’t imagine how busy they get.

This is by far the closest, most convenient place to get coffee near me but I won’t ever be back. Management and employees openly talk shit about customers and routinely tell you to hold on, whether there’s one or 5 people waiting ahead of you. Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Do better, Dunkin.

From other reviews, it seems discrimination is common at this location. I waited patiently to order as the woman in front of me took her time to order donuts. She apologized when she saw how long as I was waiting, and I said it’s fine take your time. The cashier knew I was waiting a long time. As soon as he rang her out, he told the other staff that one of them had to take over and walked away. Ignoring me like I didn’t exist and no one came over…I continued to wait. My partner called them out (we are brown, I’m Muslim and Pakistani) and they threatened to call the cops. LOL. Exactly what I would expect, though I never experienced it for myself. I urge you to take your business elsewhere - they don’t deserve your business or respect.

2 small coffees, 4 cream on the side. Simple, but just as important as any order. To this, I say such priority was truly visible. 3 employees talking casually as i enter early morning. One takes notice and gives me a good morning. As i tell him what i want, another listens in and starts preparing the coffees while im paying. The cashier also calls out to the third employee asking to bag up cream (bag up, not just give me 4 creams to juggle) by the time my card was back in my wallet, the coffees were ready. Waiting around really is for suckers, isnt it?

I went there a few days ago the food was horrible same with the service. I go there all the time I am a regular. I went in the morning and the gm attitude was horrible she should not be talking to customers like that it is unacceptable and unprofessional something needs to get done about her or I will figure out the higher ups number.
