This is by far the closest, most convenient place to get coffee near me but I won’t ever be back. Management and employees openly talk shit about customers and routinely tell you to hold on, whether there’s one or 5 people waiting ahead of you. Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Do better, Dunkin.

From other reviews, it seems discrimination is common at this location. I waited patiently to order as the woman in front of me took her time to order donuts. She apologized when she saw how long as I was waiting, and I said it’s fine take your time. The cashier knew I was waiting a long time. As soon as he rang her out, he told the other staff that one of them had to take over and walked away. Ignoring me like I didn’t exist and no one came over…I continued to wait. My partner called them out (we are brown, I’m Muslim and Pakistani) and they threatened to call the cops. LOL. Exactly what I would expect, though I never experienced it for myself. I urge you to take your business elsewhere - they don’t deserve your business or respect.

2 small coffees, 4 cream on the side. Simple, but just as important as any order. To this, I say such priority was truly visible. 3 employees talking casually as i enter early morning. One takes notice and gives me a good morning. As i tell him what i want, another listens in and starts preparing the coffees while im paying. The cashier also calls out to the third employee asking to bag up cream (bag up, not just give me 4 creams to juggle) by the time my card was back in my wallet, the coffees were ready. Waiting around really is for suckers, isnt it?

I went there a few days ago the food was horrible same with the service. I go there all the time I am a regular. I went in the morning and the gm attitude was horrible she should not be talking to customers like that it is unacceptable and unprofessional something needs to get done about her or I will figure out the higher ups number.

Every time I order here, they get it wrong. For example, today I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant since I cannot eat the bagels, they gave me the sandwich on a bagel. I had already asked them to remake a drink that they majorly messed up and then I drove away so I was not about to turn around to go have them remake the sandwich as well. And I get that they may have been out of croissants, but they should have asked first. I mean it’s a $6 sandwich, come on.

Its dunks... let's not have expectations that we shouldn't have. With that said, though, they don't carry apple fritters here, I'm told. I've never been to a dunk who doesn't have apple Fritters. So I left. In fact, I'm lucky when I can get them because they are usually sold out at all other locations. Every time I've ordered the browns, they have been soggy. Cook those things for the love of all that is holy.

Accessible: this is not appropriate from your staff. I went thru the drive thru and your staff showed me this message on his phone with his own angry attitude facial expression is definitely not acceptable. This is officially discrimination. How am I different from other people? I am deaf, I cannot hear on the intercom and I already had my order texted written out on my phone ready to order at the window. I don’t appreciate what your staff said to me. You need to train your employees on disability accessible for drive thru. Follow ADA Laws.

Drive thru, ordered 3 items, drove up & paid with my DD app. Waited a few minutes. I see my order sitting there. Two employees walking around, back & forth. They saw my order, they saw me and at least 4 times ignored me or even stopped to give me my order. I honked my horn a little bit, still being ignored. Finally one employee actually walked up to the window but then started to walk away, so I honked my horn louder. She opened the window and looked at me, like what did I want. I asked her if I could get my order as I see it right there. Then she asks me if I had cashed out yet. I says yes, I paid on my app. She then hands me my 3 drinks, no straws, closes the window. No sorry or anything. Now the other employee that saw my order and ignored me twice is the one that scanned my app to pay. So he knew I had paid. Both of them walked around like they didn’t have a care in the world. Talking to each other and ignoring me. Rude and lazy is my opinion.
