Accessible: this is not appropriate from your staff. I went thru the drive thru and your staff showed me this message on his phone with his own angry attitude facial expression is definitely not acceptable. This is officially discrimination. How am I different from other people? I am deaf, I cannot hear on the intercom and I already had my order texted written out on my phone ready to order at the window. I don’t appreciate what your staff said to me. You need to train your employees on disability accessible for drive thru. Follow ADA Laws.

Drive thru, ordered 3 items, drove up & paid with my DD app. Waited a few minutes. I see my order sitting there. Two employees walking around, back & forth. They saw my order, they saw me and at least 4 times ignored me or even stopped to give me my order. I honked my horn a little bit, still being ignored. Finally one employee actually walked up to the window but then started to walk away, so I honked my horn louder. She opened the window and looked at me, like what did I want. I asked her if I could get my order as I see it right there. Then she asks me if I had cashed out yet. I says yes, I paid on my app. She then hands me my 3 drinks, no straws, closes the window. No sorry or anything. Now the other employee that saw my order and ignored me twice is the one that scanned my app to pay. So he knew I had paid. Both of them walked around like they didn’t have a care in the world. Talking to each other and ignoring me. Rude and lazy is my opinion.

Parking: The drive thru line makes parking tricky if you look quick and only see the front spaces. There are more spaces and it's less busy if you drive to the back.

I don’t have high expectations when it comes to service at Dunkin’s, but I have to say something when people are rude and have a nasty attitude towards customers for no reason. That was the case today at this location. I was nothing but pleasant when ordering my single medium size black iced coffee, saying please and thank you. A very simple order. I was met with a very nasty attitude and tone for no reason whatsoever. It seems as though my order was a complete inconveinence for this individual, and they made sure I knew it. Really just turned my otherwise positive morning into a bad one. Very disappointing. Please do better.

The sandwiches were not available. The people at the counter seemed like they were already hating their day and gave bad service. Almost rude and grumpy. I did not find the donuts super good. More mediocre.
Very poor service with VERY RUDE service. Little punk with facial piercings cursing and saying he's the shift leader and doesn't have to serve anyone he's closing in a 1/2 hour and doesn't care. If I could give less than for stars like negative stars. He would get them.

I got a s'mores donut and it made me dislike sweet things it was too sweet I hated it bye bye no hi hi u are bad go away I still ate the donut the top was okay but not it ur donut does not pass the sigma skibidi Ohio food cricket ??? u just lost 2828273737373782827 Aura because of this I will not be coming back thank u!
