Drive thru, ordered 3 items, drove up & paid with my DD app. Waited a few minutes. I see my order sitting there. Two employees walking around, back & forth. They saw my order, they saw me and at least 4 times ignored me or even stopped to give me my order. I honked my horn a little bit, still being ignored. Finally one employee actually walked up to the window but then started to walk away, so I honked my horn louder. She opened the window and looked at me, like what did...

The sandwiches were not available. The people at the counter seemed like they were already hating their day and gave bad service. Almost rude and grumpy. I did not find the donuts super good. More mediocre.

Friendly staff, the correct order, and really quick service… honestly, that’s a trifecta that doesn’t happen very often at most Dunkin’ Donuts locations. This was a great experience!
