I had to give one star to leave a review. Arived at 6:30, and they were supposed to close at 7, and the lady working said we couldn't get coffee!!! We got nothing!!!

I came in around 5:30 after a long shift and the woman behind the counter was very nice. She ran a good ship and seemed to be having a good time listening to her music. i was the only one in there at the time but while i waited for my ride i heard how sweet she was with each customer and made sure everyone got what they wanted. The walmart was very busy so it was pretty consistent. My coffee order was made perfectly! I didn’t catch her name but i hope one of her bosses knows who was on shift today and tells her a good job :)

The pumpkin spice latte was good. I’d say it was better than Dutch or Bucks. I did ask for it extra sweet and the girl behind the counter didn’t really seem to know what that meant. She asked me if I wanted extra sugar in it, to which I told her no just put extra pumpkin spice. Maybe she was new. The donuts were good, and I thought the tiny little orange and yellow D sprinkles were absolutely adorable.

Worst dunks ever and I didn't even get anything. Supposed to close at 7pm. We walk in and the guy is placing signs infront of the counter and its only 6:35pm. I asked if he was already closed and he said yes. We used the bathroom, got a couple sodas, on the way out we see the guy sitting in a electric cart talking on his cellphone.

Almost worthless service. Regular smoke breaks of employees have resulted in me at least 8-10x last year “not” waiting for someone to return. So far 1x this year(1/5/2023 @230pm). Very colorful sign indicating “We’ll be right back” I shopped for 20 minutes and sign still up as I checked out of Walmart. Owner take notice of $ you’re losing while you pay for your employees bad habits. Laughable.

I just wanted to tell you about my positive experience at the Walmart Dunkin' Donuts in South Portland, Maine. The young man working there this morning, was an absolute dream!So sweet, so efficient, and kind.He was all by himself (as they frequently are at this location) and never complained even once.He was heading out on his break, yet he took my order anyway. I got some great customer service and he should be rewarded for it!Sorry I don't know his name, but it's Monday January 27th, at 9:00 a.m. so you could find it out by the records I'm sure. He's a fantastic asset to the company.

Today I went to get my usual coffee before I shopped which is always a hit or miss in getting good coffee. There was about three people in front on me with a bit of a wait which was no biggie,when it was my turn I quickly realized that there was only one person working which was the manager. I understand how she felt overworked but,she was rude and not only to me. The guy before me got iced coffee instead of a hot one. She yelled at customers behind me that she was going on a break and couldn't they see the sign saying that she was going on a break after she helped me. After I got my coffee,it was wrong. I ordered a medium coffee with blueberry and Carmel but,just regular coffee. I honestly won't go back again

I stopped by this morning around 9am, there was a line of 6-8 people and only one employee working. She was STELLAR, she had that line down to zero in no time. She honestly went quicker than most places with a handful of people working. And my coffee was made correctly! I wish I had caught her name, but she deserves some recognition!

Ordered green tea, hot tea with cream, coffee. Green tea served in ice Wrong! Hot tea took 5 min Wrong served with out cream. Took 7 min to get cream added. Ordered hot decaffeinated tea 10 minutes for that Wrong order not decaf. Terrible! Go to Starbucks!!
