highly disappointed is an understatement I went to get my regular order that I always get but this time I decided to go to this dunkin, to my surprise when i got my ice coffee there was a black substance floating around in the drink. When I expressed my concern to management they rolled their eyes at me and made me feel like I was an inconvenience.

If I could, I would give them zero stars. This is the worst Dunkin I have ever been to there was black mold in my iced coffee and I also heard the manager berating on the employees and I complained to the Manager, Danielle And she gave me a nonchalant attitude. Don’t recommend coming to the Dunkin’ Donuts at all ?!

I walked into the lobby which is what I typically do. I will not go through the drive thru if I do not have to. I totally agree with something someone else has posted when they said "you feel as though you are being a bother to them by going in there." I walked in and stood at the front counter for way to long. I did not get addressed, noticed, NOTHING. When I heard someone giving a guest their order in the drive thru I spoke up and asked if anyone was working the front counter. A young girl with terrible makeup and dirty jeans rudely tells me "Yeah, I can help you over here. " Meaning at the drive thru window register. Now she says this like I am supposed to know this. Like I was supposed to walk over to the drive thru counter to order at the drive thru register when walking into the lobby. HMMMM I think I missed something here. Lol so I told the young lady I am sorry but I have been waiting here for 15 minutes. Her face gets all red like she wants to argue with me. Now, I work in a restaurant. Not to mention I manage a restaurant. I would NEVER treat one of my patrons that way. EVERY SINGLE Dunkin really has gone down hill. DUNKIN, GET IT TOGETHER!
Went got breakfast this morning after hitting the meat market next door all the crew was great the girl who was cooking did awesome on our food it was hot and good I will definitely be a return

I get my coffee here daily and it's always correct and the ladies who work here first thing in the morning are super sweet and helpful! I love coming here in the mornings!

So it seems like the issues at this location are just getting worse by the day for over a year now.. And I’m not one to complain but the crew members at this location do NOT Listen…either my coffee or my sandwich is wrong
