Truly terrible customer service. They don’t listen AT ALL. Had to repeat myself 4 times and despite Jersey Mikes saying they’re allergy conscious they cut all of the meats on the same slicer as the cheese. My child has a dairy allergy and they made his sub right after slicing a ton of cheese. When I tried to say something they just kept it moving and ignored me. Will NOT be returning. What a waste of money. Wish I could get it back….

Sandwich had all ingredients falling out or piled in one area, when I tried to correct any part of the order the middle aged white guy was making he grunted and quickly kept piling and wrapping. My friend watched her sandwich get “the juice” missed and mentioned it and he kept telling her it was there even though we were watching the entire time. This isn’t the first incident with this person. When the middle aged white guy isn’t angrily on the phone, he’s slapping ingredients half heartedly onto one side of the sandwich, arguing with customers about their orders, or huffing and rolling his eyes when he has to take an order because someone else is busy. I get that food service workers don’t make a lot and it’s a very taxing job, but it’s hard to want to pay that much for a sandwich that’s barely edible and made by someone who is clearly miserable. I’d take politely explaining my order to someone who does not speak English over and over, who would treat customers with kindness, over a “quick” American like that any day. Girl with box braids at the register was wonderful and apologetic, I wish I could have tipped just her.

I have tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt since it opened. No more. The staff is woefully undertrained and extremely slow, they get our order wrong every.single.time. Sometimes we are lucky and catch it before we go. But then communication to make it right is terrible. They take twice to three times as long to do online orders as they say they do- today, we ordered at 12:40 for a 12:55 pickup. At 1:15, we were still waiting. We finally got the order, brought it home and we had the wrong sandwiches. Love Jersey Mikes but stay away from this location.

Had a really good visit at Jersey Mike’s today! Kevin helped me out and made the whole experience super easy and chill. He was friendly while taking my order, even offered to put toppings the way that they do which made the sandwich taste even better. He also took the time to explain the loyalty program to me, which I didn’t know about before. Definitely appreciated the great service and good vibes—I’ll be back!

I recommend the turkey sandwich sub out the prov. Cheese for American and add shredded lettuce and honey mustard...I get the mini...yummy yum

Have been visiting on an off for the last year or so and they have improved a lot from a few months ago. Though a recent trend I have seen on the last few sandwiches I have ordered from this location is that they will make the sandwich but forget to put on any of the condiments. Oil, mayo, vinegar, etc.

The service is terrible!! Not one person of the 4 who were working greated anyone, or smiled, or had ANY facial expressions whatsoever. Nor did they listened to, or understand what people ordered. It took forever to get our order. We were completely finished with our sandwiches by the time the person behind us PAID for their order!!! They were visibly angry by the time they left.

This is the second time I've come to this location and the older gentleman who works here is clearly upset he has to work or something. I ordered ahead since the last time I ordered he was ticked off that I didn't know my order. Mind you there were no other customers at the moment. Today I watched him just throw my order
in the bag while he was careful with others. He did this within the camera view which shows he doesn't care. Personally the food here is amazing but this review reflects on poor customer service.
