Just a sandwich. Tried it for the first time. Bread was average. The meats lack flavor. Veggies were fresh and did have flavor. Just average.

I’m very bummed cuz I love you guys! But I had 2 black hairs in my sandwich which totally grossed me out! Yuck!! Also the past couple of times your bread has been old and crusty not fresh! I hope you guys bring back hairnets and the freshness!

The South Portland location has gone way downhill since they hired new staff. It use to be my go to place. I got a Roast Beef #6 the other day and there was barely any Meat in the sub and there was so much oil and vinegar on the sub that the bread was totally soggy. This place use to have great employees but not anymore

WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED TO THIS LOCATION? I’ve been ordering here since it first opened. The past 6 months have been rough, but now my last four orders have all been especially bad. The bread is consistently days old and stale. If I’m paying $18 for a sandwich give me fresh bread. It’s one thing with a hot sandwich, but on a cold sub it really ruins it. The quality is just gone here. It was good for so long but not anymore. Lots of other options close by, go elsewhere.

I love Jersey Mike's but my order is always wrong. Sometimes even wrong twice after clarifying. Super stressful when you have a limited lunch window.

I ordered and showed up to pick up my order only to realize I selected the wrong store. The gentleman that asked my name took the time to call the store I ordered from to let them know I wouldn't be picking it up and he then made it immediately. Top notch customer service! I believe his name is Emanie- apologies for spelling.

I'd strongly advise going to a different location. It's a huge mess here. If you go on your lunch break from work you will regret it. Never again

I recently ordered a sandwich that was poorly made. Unfortunately, the staff struggled with understanding and communication, it was difficult to resolve the issue with my order.

Last summer this place was banging! Full of enthusiasm and eccentric happy go getters. Now it feels like I'm in my grandma's living room and I'm the burden. Ordered pick up, (cold sandwich) had to wait an extra 30 minutes when I got there. Wasn't even busy. I work down the street. This place is gonna go down if you make changes soon. Everyone snatching their orders with angry faces walking out.

I’ve given Jersey Mike’s in Scarborough multiple chances, but this was the last straw. Every time I’ve placed a pre-paid mobile order, it’s consistently late. You expect a delay here or there, but waiting well over the estimated time—sometimes up to an hour—is unacceptable. What makes it worse is the sheer chaos of the pick-up area. There’s absolutely no organization, no designated spot for customers to stand, and people are just milling around, waiting endlessly for their orders. It feels like the staff is always overwhelmed, and orders get mixed up constantly. If you’re thinking of ordering ahead to save time, forget it. Be prepared to wait and deal with complete disorganization. This location needs serious improvement in both customer service and efficiency. Would not recommend unless you have hours to spare.

Worst Jersey Mikes ever. 5 people working behind the counter, 1 standing at register, 1 standing at vegetable station, 1 working at grill, 2 more standing around doing nothing. No one to wait on customers. I had to wait almost 10 minutes to place my order. I finally ordered 1 of my sandwiches and she moved on to another person in line.( I wasn’t finished ordering) . The girl putting on vegetables and such didn’t speak English and couldn’t understand English. I asked for pickles - she started to put on tomatoes, I said no…. Pickles , she started to add onions, again I said no and had to point to the pickles. All of a sudden the customers before me started complaining that their sandwiches were made wrong. I moved to the register to pay and handed her cash and she didn’t know how to work the register for cash . My total was 20.41$, I handed her 20.45$ . I waited to see if she could figure it out…. Nope . She then asked for help and no one could figure it out. Sad
The sandwich was good however. I will never go to that Jersey Mikes again. If you can’t hire people that speak or understand English then I don’t know how you will be able to stay open.
