My granddaughter and I just died here, and we were very disappointed. First of all when we walked in, the person at the register was not very friendly. When I ordered the Mike’s hot honey sandwich, she went out back and asked someone about the hot honey and they said they had some but they would not be able to give it to me. So I ordered something else! We then went over to get our drinks, and The drink area was very dirty. There was spelled soda, everywhere, and trash that didn’t make it into the bin from the straws. When V did get our order, the food was OK, but I did need A fork to eat the coleslaw so I went up to ask the girl who had waited on us at the register if she had any forks. She first came out to make sure that I didn’t not see one in the bin,- The bin was empty. And then she went out and got a bunch of forks and brought them around to the bin, but did not bother to hand me one on her way by. The dining area was very dingy. I would not return here.

The first thing was that we ordered the Mike’s hot honey, chicken sandwich, and the person waiting on us went out back to ask about that sauce and was told that they have some, but they could not give it to us. So we ordered something else. Then we went to get our drinks and the place where the drinks were. It was filthy. We got our food, and we’re sitting in the dining room, which was also not sparkling clean, and there were no forks available. So I went up to ask the same person who waited on us at the register for some forks. She came out to look and make sure I wasn’t not seeing the forks, and then she went and got a whole bunch of forks and walked right by me and put them in the bin instead of handing me one before she put them in the bin. The whole atmosphere of this Kentucky fried chicken is dingy and dirty. The help does not act like they want to help you. Will not return.

We get there an the dinning room is close. But one of the doors are unlocked. The people were rud inside. As the side was unlock. No reason why there dinning room was close. No wonder why they dont gave any business. Everyone in there should be fired

This place is absolutely nasty when you walk in and actually look around at the atmosphere, you will notice how non cleanly the place is, the cashiers cash you out under other people’s names, they will look at you with disgust if you are white, I got a famous bowl with 3 pieces of chicken! If you watch around, the employees will treat folks that look white differently! This place produces nasty food! Stay far away! It even taste different, and they don’t make it how they are supposed to! Try paying $5 for potato’s corn gravy and 3 pieces of dime sized chicken! Shut em down! Management is to blame this place has been ran like trash for years now and nothing has changed!!!

Seating area was unclean, uncomfortable, and sterile.
The $9.95 nuggets meal was TERRIBLE, end pieces mostly fried batter. Just AWFUL.
NEVER TO RETURN. TERRIBLE PLACE SHOULD BE VISITED BY MANAGEMENT ASAP
Service was fast, though Ha! Ha!

The restaurant was clean, the workers were friendly & welcoming, and the service exceeded my expectations! I'm visiting from out of state. So, I'm used to being told the 16 piece bucket of chicken will take at least 15 minutes before it's ready. But I ordered 2 of them as meals & was shocked to have 32 pieces of original recipe chicken & the sides ready to go in 5 minutes! The original recipe chicken is the best! The food was hot & delicious! ?

I would NOT recommend this location for anyone i even remotely liked. Kentucky Fried NIGHTMARE is more like it! They consistently take an average of 25-30 minutes AFTER the “ready for pickup” time provided to customers. You won’t get an apology or even acknowledgement by employees for a minimum of 20 minutes after you start saying “Hey, can you/ someone help me?” I just stood in front of the register, staring at my already prepared meal that’s sitting on the counter directly in front of me, not under any heat lamps, for 30 minutes before someone made eye contact and mumbled incoherently. I had to slowly repeat myself multiple times and point to the bag clearly labeled with my name. Then, he was about to saunter off again before giving me my drink, which he double checked to ensure i really DID purchase a beverage, before wordlessly sliding it across the space between us. Then, he walked away, presumably to do absolutely nothing.

The level of unprofessionalism customers experience at this location is absolutely disgraceful. Anyone who’s made the egregious error of choosing this KFC knows this type of situation occurs all the time. There’s no one bad interaction or bad day, simply untrained, apathetic, unprofessional, and seemingly entitled young folks with zero respect or consideration for the very customers they are hired to serve. They should honestly all be fired and a qualified workforce hired in their places! Qualified at the very least meaning that they’re WILLING TO DO THEIR JOB and in a timely manner.

The picture below is of what’s potentially blood, right in front of the very dirty men’s bathroom. Biohazard much?!

I placed an order to be delivered. My order # is 45054. When my order was delivered right away I noticed the beverage bag that I ordered was missing. The driver told me to call the store to fix the issue. When I called, all I got was the busy signal. I called many times for an hour and still all I got was the busy signal. What I would like to know is how they plan to fix this???
