Very bad customer service the order taker on front counter was very rude her name was Gagan I'm a doordash driver I waited over 30 minutes for the oder she kept looking at the order I was waiting for and walking away I used to work with her at another place she's not very friendly and she Is very rude towards people

After another sub shop misstep, we grabbed a family meal in the evening - fried chicken, coleslaw and biscuits. Cashier was friendly and quick to take our order, food came out in about two minutes all packaged up. The lady called our number and was about to place our order on the counter but brought it straight over and handed us to us when we stepped forward. When we thanked her, she wished us a good night and was nothing but smiles. The food was very good - biscuits fluffy, the coleslaw cold and tangy and not dry, and the fried chicken has plenty of the delicious, peppery batter and lots of it - I especially love the little spots caught up in the thighs and breasts. My only complaint is that some of the batter came off the breasts. As I said in a previous review, if KFC Scarborough battered as well as KFC Bangor or Bangor used the proper herbs and spice recipe like Scarborough does, you’d have some awesome fried chicken. Either way, I thought the staff and food were very good and I’d go here again without hesitation.

my English is bad, in the end they told me that payment was not accepted and they just left me hungry outside the door, the girl was thin in tattoos, she clearly felt like an owner of the language and decided to put herself higher, very disappointing

Haven't eaten here in a long time and was shocked to see the shrunken pieces of chicken. Talk about Shrinkflation !!!It cost more and chicken pieces are half the size they use to be. WONT BE GOING BACK. Shame on KFC.

I’m currently in line at the drive through, I’ve been in line 23 minutes and counting . I’d get out of the line if I could .just close the doors . I’d give it a zero but not allowed .

Ordered a large coleslaw slaw and definitely did not get what I wanted. I've made these before and unless this place is desperate they're definitely not supposed to be half full! Absolutely not coming to this location ever
