I want to start out by saying that every experience at this McDonald's has been nothing but wonderful. There is a guy named Jim that works in the late evening hours and his customer service is exceptional. He goes above and beyond and is just so extremely friendly and kind. He will never serve fries that aren't fresh and smoking hot. McDonald's has a great employee on there hands.

There were too many people at the drive-through service, I went in, I waited to order, but the young boy at the counter took a long time to place his order, so I placed my order for two coffees with the order terminal, waited 10 minutes for my two coffees even though the restaurant was empty.

Then when I get the food only one McChicken in the bag made incorrectly. I have no idea how franchisee's like this stay in business.

IM A GEN Z PERSON AND I FEEL SO EMBARRASSED FOR MY GENERATION!!!!!! DONT COME HERE THEY TAKE AN HOUR TO MAKE UR FOOD!!!!!!!!!! U RATHER GO TO A FULL RESTAURANT AT THIS POINT!!!????????

Sure, McDonald’s isn’t the healthiest choice, but I still go there every couples months when I cave.
What really bothers me about this location is their refusal to hand out DoorDash orders through the drive-thru. They make such a big fuss about it, even though every other McDonald’s I’ve been to has no problem with it. It’s just really frustrating and feels unnecessary.
