We called 10 min before closing time (5 pm) mentioning we will be over by 5:02 pm requesting if they can stay open for two min. We wanted to pick a cake to bring in our daughter’s bday. They refused to stay open even a min beyond 5 pm. Even if they sell the best cakes in the world (which they definitely don’t), I will never buy anything from them, ever again. They should be called ‘nothing but apathy’!

I could hands down say this is the best carrot cake I’ve had in my entire life and its nut free so you couldn’t ask for anything better.
One of the best cakes we’ve ever tasted. Moist. Not too sweet. Great flavor. Clean atmosphere and super friendly staff.Can’t wait to visit again.

Disappointed…went in to get an 8” cake for a birthday a few days away, we were hoping to get the icing on the side to ice the cake on the day of the birthday so it’s fresh. We were told they cannot give icing in a side container and continued to charge us full price for an unfinished cake. $30 for an 8” unfrosted cake feels a bit like a rip off. Cake was good enough but not worth us having to make our own icing anyway…very unimpressed. What kind of bakery doesn’t offer icing? Seems to me it’s all done at a factory and shipped frozen to the store so they don’t have icing on hand? Otherwise why wouldn’t we be able to get any? Sad.
