Staff is always friendly. Good food, fast at an affordable price. I'd eat there more often if they turned the music down a bit.

The male hostess that seated us early Wednesday afternoon 8/6/24 was sincerely the nicest & caring gentleman that clearly loves his job & his joy is what spreads onto what seems like every customer who walks by. This Pat's location certainly isn't the closest one to where I call home but from now on, whenever able to, I will GLADLY take the extra time it takes to travel these extra miles a few more towns over just to ensure that I'll have an excellent ☆☆☆☆☆ star experience!! And, please, do not misunderstand the meaning here, all locations have their own charming benefits while also providing their own enjoyable experiences to all their patrons... Even so, with that being said, this particular experience just happened to shine a little brighter for me & I will definitely be a repeat customer! Keep up the great job over there! Our server was also excellent today too! She was very friendly, polite & energetic! Really, I couldn't have asked for anything more! Thank you, to all Pat's employees for all your hard work!! Your teams effort clearly doesn't go unnoticed by evidently all of your very happy customers that you can see leaving your establishment, all with full bellies & giant smiles in their faces!! Thank you all, again, keep up the terrific work!! 😁👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

We ordered out and did pick up. Being out of towners we needed lunch quick and local. This place made us 4 awful subs. Just awful. Subs seemed like they were thrown together on hotdog rolls. Would never recommend. Missing ingredients and sub toppings didn’t seem fresh. Lettuce looked like soggy chopped up basil. Will never be back.

We got a meatball sub, chicken fingers meal which came with fries, and we also mozz sticks, and by time I got home and opened the containers, everything was soggy. The moisture in the containers was very bad. I have worked in several restaurants in my time as well as running a kitchen for one, and rule #1 for food that was going out, was to have a way for it to vent the steam that comes off the freshly made food. Each thing that was fried was sitting in water and was disgusting. I bet if I ate it there, it would be fine, but ordering out any fried food from this place is not recommended, and I doubt I will ever go back, at least as they learn that condensation is a thing and needs to be thought of when dealing with take out. The meatball sub was good, but thats the only thing I can say positive about our experience. I do want to stress that this is based on our take out and I am sure if fresh, my attitude would be better.

Music to loud, the gentleman who seated us said the owner is the only person who can turn it down and he is not here.

I normally go to Pats in Windham. My daughter and I were in Saco to see a movie so we decided to go to Scarborough location. The food was not the same as in Windham. Service was great, food came out quick, and hot. The wings were horrible not crispy looked like boiled wings, the pizza looked like it was made using a shell for the crust. Cost the same if not more than Windham I believe but the quality definitely not the same almost $100 for dinner it sucks.

Been eating here my whole life, so I am biased. North-shore style pan pizza, little less crispy that some of the same style, cup and crisp peppperonis. First thing I do on the way to my Nana's in Scarborough is hittin pats. Almost as good cold for breakfast as it is hot for dinner
