Let’s just say it a was great time. Me and all of my bestest friends went to eat and we were greeted with kindness, love, and acceptance. We came with a total of 9 people and it took around twenty minutes for the food to arrive. The manager eddy greeted us and served us with countless fries. Our server was amazing as well. Least I can say is that I will be returning to Red Robin.

All the food was freezing cold except for the fries. We didn’t eat any of it and when we told them why they didn’t really care and compensated me 1 of the 2 freezing appetizers that no one ate. Hard pass.
Edit: I am not responding to the managers reply as the voluminous similar complaints about the food and service lead me to believe they are completely aware and really just don’t care. The apology is almost word for word to every complaint. I suggest people stay away unless they won’t unapologetically cold food and then happily charge you for all the food no one could eat.

We were looking for a decent burger place in the area, and we decided to come here as I had never been here before. We made a Togo order, and then we're told by another patreon that they were working on an 180 burger catering order, and had been before we made the order, which would have been nice to know.
The Burger itself was pretty good, I am unsure if the wait affected the final product will have to go again to give a proper review but I am unsure that's something I am willing to spend money on again which I is a statement in itself.
Parking: The lot was full of ice at the time.
Wheelchair accessibility: Ice covered the lot at this time making a transfer dangerous.

Let me start this review by saying we have not been to this RR for about 4years, but it was typically a great experience. I also used to work in the restaurant business in several different establishments so I know how to wait on customers well. That being said…
We went to RR yesterday for lunch. We were surprised to see how empty the place was given that it’s school vacation week. We were sat at a table quickly. Our server took about 15 minutes to come over to get our drink order. That probably should have been our first sign that things weren’t going to be as expected. In the meantime, I used the ladies room to wash my hands. It was filthy and smelled horrible.
We got our drinks and then waited another 10 minutes to place an order. We waited for 45 minutes without any explanation from the server or a manager as to why our lunch was taking so long. I understand a kitchen can get backed up, but usually that happens when a restaurant is busy. I counted TEN tables in the whole place with customers, four of which already had their food. It’s not the server’s fault, but they should have explained why the food was taking forever.
Finally I asked the host if we could please get our order to go as we needed to get going soon, and I requested the check. At this point we had been there over an hour and had only had our drinks. The host walked back to the kitchen, I was assuming to tell someone our order was changed to “takeout.” Another 10 minutes went by, and our food came out plated. I told the server I had asked for “to go.” I remained polite throughout this whole experience because I understand she was just the person I was interacting with and not necessarily at fault. She looked completely confused (so there had been no communication) and walked away. This is when I got irritated: She came back with boxes (only 3, there were 4 of us) and said “here.” No apology for the wait or anything. So we packed up our meals and waited for the check. The server came back over and directed us to the tablet on our table for the check. We left pretty unhappy to have paid $100 for crappy service and 90 minutes of wasted time.
If I were the server, I would have asked the manager to come to the table and explain the delay AS WELL AS offer to comp part of the bill. Clearly the management of this restaurant has no idea what customer service, cleanliness, and integrity does to bring back customers. It’s too bad because when we used to go to this RR more often, the place was always packed, clean, and had friendly staff. There has clearly been a management change that will likely end up with this location closing. We will not be back.

We ordered two burgers and a chicken wrap. Chicken wrap was delicious, but burgers lacked flavor. We ordered two milkshakes to go and they were delicious. Our waitress was great but service was slow. I was unhappy with the cleanliness of our glasses, table, and our desert/drink menu had a sticky something. This was our first time at a Red Robin, and we probably won't be visiting again.

Perfect to go order experience at this location. Very impressed with the execution. I was surprised to see such a quick estimated time for my pick up order and it was done on time. In addition, there was attention and care taken with the order. Any condiments were in condiment containers which I appreciated as I've had to go orders leak through the bag in my car from other restaurants that did not do this. They also gave additional cutlery and threw in some of the restaurant quality napkins rather than just provide only the flimsy napkins that come in the cutlery packs. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness was refreshing.
I ordered the Crispy Parmesan Brussel Sprouts for my app which were cooked perfectly. For my entree I had the Ensenada Chicken Platter. It was seasoned very well and the dressing/salsa added a fresh flavor.
I can't always afford to eat out here but was very impressed and will consider them whenever I can. Thank you for this experience on a cold snowy day when I was running errands and needed something warm to get me through my day. I'm fully satisfied with my order.

Red Robin… yuck should be the new slogan.
Nasty, nasty!
Saltier than the ocean, the service sucks (surprisingly for a restaurant that barely has cars in the parking lot 🤭), we were forgotten about by our waitress as she was doing other random things and catering to the table next to us. We weren’t given utensils, napkins or our dipping sauces until we weren’t done eating.
Haven’t been since I was a kid and figured we’d give it another chance. Just as disappointing smh…
