Someone messed up on my grandmother's order they put scorpion sauce on her burger and it made her sick red robin is awful

I've been blown away by how friendly and professional the waitstaff here is. They are primarily a younger staff, and they are all hard working, funny, and will go out of their way to be sure you have a great experience there.Oh, and the food is awesome!!

Bottomless rootbeer float and Bottomless sides? Yes please! I had 4 rootbeer floats for the price of one a while Bunch of fries and coleslaw and a sautéed shroom burger. I was fat and happy let me tell ya!Vegetarian options: They had the impossible burger and another what my girlfriend would consider better vegetarian burger option. I can't remember what it was called butbshr loved it.
We waited 20 mins before our waitress 1st showed up to take our order. Our sodas tasted liked soapy chemicals, we sent them back and ordered 2 shakes...didn't get them until AFTER we had finished our terrible greasy/soggy burgers. She only came over once to check on us. No offers for unlimited fries even though its ON the menu. The tabletop kiosk didn't even work to allow me to pay and leave. Terrible experience. I'm not one to ever complain but 10/10 would NOT recommend this place

Do not waste your time. Management and employees use the excuse of "Lack of Staff" to cover for incompetence and poor quality food. Stop using "Lack of Staff" to ignore paying customers and serve food that is worse than McDonald's takeout.After waiting a half hour for my order....I got a burger that contained more grease than burger. Plus I received a total of 4 steak fried covered in grease.

Food was good, couple substations we asked for weren't really there as was not told that the couldn't be done. Our waitress Tori was very lackluster!! Never checked on us once to see if the food was ok or anything for that matter. Never communicated that the substations we asked for weren't able to be done, just dropped the plates off and only came back when we were done eating and at that point I just wanted the check. I will never sit down in this restaurant again, but will use their order pick up

They lost our appetizers and I had to point it out after we ate our dinner because the waiter didn't come back to check in with us until he noticed me staring at him after I noticed the apps were on my bill.Vegetarian options: You can change a burger to an impossible burger for a $3.50 up charge
Great food and service. The noise from the ceiling (I believed it was the heat) made it very difficult to talk to my sister over lunch.

The waitress didn't bother asking about refills, I sat there for about a half an hour while my family continued to eat with an empty plate and glass. Waitress was AWOL most of the time. The food was great but it's hard to get the most of the "bottomless" when you can't find your waitress until everyone else in the party is easy to leave
