Horrible customer service service in the tire dept was told couldn’t get my tires off and that they didn’t have the right “tool” so they just gave up one of the managers was condescending and rude told me we were done having the convo he went and got another manager to keep poking…there was a total of 3 managers and the refused to give me there names and and corporates number… started leaving store and was followed out all the way to the bag doors to get my truck and keys but before I could the manager told his tire bay employee to not give me my keys until he gets my license plate to call the police so my keys were not start given to me right away even when I said can I have my keys please horrible place

Walked in at 6 PM on a Wednesday. Cafe was closed even though the website says it’s open until 7 PM.

My kids were really looking forward to some snacks from the sams cafe. We walked in at 5p on a Friday and the cafe was closed despite the stores website claiming its open til 7p. The sams was very busy and we overheard numerous people coming from the registers wanting to get something from the cafe were surprised that it was closed. Not too pleased by this. I pay a premium membership to shop at sams and hope that the hours that are represented on the website would reflect reality.

DO NOT buy the watermelon. Every time I buy fresh fruit their, it’s garbage. Drove a 2 hour round trip for hard as a brick watermelon. If this happened occasionally it would be one thing, but it has become a regular occurrence. Wherever they are buying from, they obviously pick it too soon. The worse thing is it’s not worth the gas or time to return it. Which is great for Sams Club. Win win for you!

Almost had a disaster, ordered our daughters graduation cupcakes from our local Hannaford a week in advance. Went to pick up this morning and they looked like something a 4 year old would make. They were so bad….
Make sure when you order tires on sale that you pay for them over the phone because the person on the line will not tell you that if you don’t pay over the phone when you order tires the price may change when you go and have them put on, not good customer service, make sure you read the fine print on the receipt because the people on the phone might not know their own club rules and will not let you know

Ordered a table set for $420. on May 11th....its still not here. I contact you on facebook you tell me to send you all my acct info and order number..i do and you never answer any of the messages. I go online and chat with Jonathan who then tells me there is no table set on the way just the label for fedex and next time get the app and track it.. i do have the app and i did track it and all it said was pending so now i sit here with no table and chairs and thats not all ..I do a pickup order at store and ordered an air conditioner that WAS in stock now my pickup is for tomorrow and i get an email saying the ac is out of stock yet you took the money for it you guys now owe me over $600..you guys can atleast buy me a drink before you screw me over!!! Not impressed with your piss poor customer service!!!
