Ranked last of 16 lobster rolls tried on our trip to Maine. The lobster was fishy.

Just the best lobster and steamers. We come to Maine for a week and you will find us here 3 times during that week.

Very casual, good quality, came out pricy though. Dined in 8 x 1,5lb and 1 order mussels. 170$ . 200$total with tip.

I don’t know why they say they’re closed for the season in this review or why another review says they’ve changed their name. We went in August ‘23 and it was open and named Scarborough Lobster. The place is an amazing hole in the wall. We had the twin lobsters and they were the best lobsters we’ve ever had. We ate inside and there’s an old out of tune radio playing. No issue parking in the few spots available. Would come again.

Great deals on lobster and other tasty ocean treats. Dependable, cooked right. We stop here whenever we're in the area.

Amazing place, we had lobster, steamed clams, clam chowder and stuffed clams. Prices are fair and service was good.

We stop at this place anytime we are in the area. The lobster roll is the best we have had in Maine and by far the best price!!

The go-to lobster shack in Maine. This place has great food for a great price, foods done right and they don’t charge you extra for butter. Expect a wide variety of local fresh seafood served in a quaint setting. Must try if you’re visiting the area.

Great food and service! The lobster roll and crab roll are top notch!

Unorganized, food was not good. Found hair on food. Would not recommend. I don't eat seafood, so I ordered chicken tenders. I couldn't eat because they tasted like fish.

This was by far the best stop and eating experience we have had during our vacation. Friendly down to Earth staff. Food steamed to perfection. We ordered 4 Lobsters and a pot of steamers and two root beers. Total bill $80.00 including 15% tip. For reference our first day we ate in Old Orchard at another restaurant where we got 2 lobster rolls, cup of clam chowder, 1/2 oysters and two drinks for $160.00. Not hard to do the math. We will definitely come back to this little Lobster Shack that has a little patio eating area.

The lobster bisque is the best I've had, a TRUE lobster bisque with chunks of lobster and potato, seasoned so nicely. So good I wish I could take a jug of it home with me!! All the boys that work there are very nice and and patient (brought a family of 5 with some old folks who can't decide what they want lol). Friendly and helpful as well! Highly recommend!

I am 60 and this place was the worst experience I can remember. We ordered 2 crab rolls that were tiny, unfresh and smelled like ammonia, stale and horrible. We ordered the "Heaping" bucket of Steamers that were in a plastic plastic net bag which are about 2 cups of very small sized clams. The outdoor setting looks like an unkept mess all for $44.00
