This is a hard one. A mixed bag. I ordered a special. Bad news: it was truly awful. Good news: waitress quickly replaced it with another dish. So it worked out fine. My companion was happy with his burger and beer. Wait staff there are most typically delightful.

Brought my 83 year old mother here for lunch. She ordered the Blue cheese bacon burger medium . It came out on a bun that was not toasted and burger was medium well. Waitress was awful. I had to go look for her to get our bill. The younger 25ish staff was more professional than our 50 yr old plus waitress...she didn't even know the difference of medium vs medium well. Won't be going here again

OMG. Fire the kitchen staff. You shouldn’t send food out like what I received. Fish was soooooo overcooked. Coleslaw was warm (refrigeration issues). Fries soaked in oil. What a disappointing lunch. Never to return. I have pictures!!!

A few years ago, this was my favorite restaurant. Now, it's meh. They no longer carry the items that I loved the most, or they have changed the items to ones of lesser quality. I used to go there specifically for their fried pickles, but they only carry them on occasion as a special now. It has been a couple of years since I have been there when they were on the menu. The sweet potato fries were amazing steak fries until a few years ago, when they switched them out for ones that are much thinner and less tasty. No more pulled pork sandwiches, either. Makes me sad.

Noel was an absolute treat as a server! Fun and easily one of the best servers we’ve had in a long time! Ask for her when you come here and you won’t be disappointed! From someone who’s worked in restaurants for a lifetime, she is one in a million! Thanks for making my daughters birthday dinner so great!
It was the subconscious bias that I was personally affected by. Standing there for close to 8 mins not even a hello or welcome on from the bartender that was right there. 8 mins later she asks me if I’ve been helped yet. Which I tell her no. Let her know I’m picking up an order. But when the Caucasians couple walked in there were instantly greeted and welcome in. She walked over grabbed menu just to helping them sit down.Something don’t have to be said, its understood by human behaviour. Do understand that Maine is growing and your demographics are not only white.All I’m saying attempt to treat all individuals the same and not based on their skin color

First of all, you can't find this place unless you know it's in a hotel parking lot, but maybe that's a good thing. Once you're there, you'll wait 100 minutes to get served. Once your server finally gives you the time of day, be prepared to be more familiar with the menu than he is. If you ask what flavors of Apres they have, you'll be told the colors of the can and an incorrect description of the beverage vs. any intelligible information. If you order Crossings Sauvignon Blanc, you will be served Hess Chardonnay and be firmly told that it's Kendall Jackson Chardonnay (even tho you ordered Sauv). The fried pickles are spicy and the orange chicken bowl is on par with Panda Express. Vent over.

A step up above Applebee’s, but I have never had food poisoning from Applebee’s like I did here. Avoid at all costs.
Pretty good beer. Bartenders were attentive and friendly. Recommend the place.
