We just had a great breakfast,service was good and it was busy . I would highly recommend the Stacks Pancake Co.to people that are looking for a unique dinning experience in the Portland area.
Big menu that is really too big for any kitchen to really stay on top of quality.
Thankfully we arrived just before the church crowd arrived and seated immediately. Place seats quite a few and our server was moving as fast as humanly possible.
I ordered the benedict with home fries. My dish was barely warm, home fries were on the cool side and hollandaise was okay. Coffees were decent.
The consensus from our group of 4 was that we can say the portions...

Husband liked chicken fried steak and eggs. I was not a fan of Aspen omelette weird taste. grits are instant and runny, cheese is upcharged $2.00 if want on grits. $50.00 breakfast 😱
