First, the crunchy taco I ordered had the tiniest amount of meat like tiny maybe half a scoop the rest of the food was covered in so much sauce it was soupy but that wasn't even the worst part watching how they treated each customer after i ordered i will never ever go back there

If I could leave one star, trust me I would. This specific location needs a serious rebrand with all new employees that aren’t miserable working. The manager especially is downright nasty and rude, I hope they can do some serious inner healing or maybe find a different job other than customer service. Save your hard earned money and make the food at home because god forbid these people be bothered to work.

I'm honestly not sure how this place makes money with all the money they spend on Air Conditioning. Why is this location always sooooooo cold? The amount of A/C used is absolutely ridiculous making it near impossible to ever use the eating area.

The tacos I got in my meal were 1/3 the thickness of prior visits, with very little burger or fillings. I was shocked at the shrinkflation that has occurred at KFC/ Tacobell. Still the food was good and I would go back for more.

When ordering meal deals from KFC, we ordered bottled water. When we got to the widow we we told sorry out of water how about a soda we said no thank. However, looking at the bill, you still changed us for two Pepsi. You're saying you sold something when you didn't.

Everything was good, BESIDES THE FOOD! I ordered a chalupa supreme and it almost broke my tooth. It was so hard (obviously old) that when I did get through it it would break apart. I also asked the cashier what he would recommend, I told him I didn’t like spicy. He said the Catina burrito, so I ordered it. It was spicy ass hell. He was really nice, and really upbeat so I hate to give him a neg review but come on yall , it’s almost midnight and nothing is open and I’m stuck hungry! $17 later… do bettter!
