My fiancé and I came here tonight for our anniversary. We got stuck at the worst placed table possible, in a little corner surrounded by booths and right next to the computer all the servers use. I had my chair bumped into no less than four times by staff members (and only the girl clearing tables bothered to apologize), trays of drinks being swung over my head and couldn’t even eat my burger because I felt so overwhelmed with the amount of people constantly hitting my chair or standing next to our table. Admittedly I have anxiety, but this was ridiculous. Our server Chris was really good and apologized when I told him I was having an anxiety attack, but I’m definitely not planning on returning here.

Our time at Texas Roadhouse here in Scarborough, Maine was outstanding. Upon entry, we had to wait a few minutes for seating, which was okay. As the waitress brought us to our table, she stopped at a small window and asked if we wanted to choose a steak for our dinner, all freshly cut by the way. Once we sat down, the service was exceptional, and their freshly baked, piping hot rolls were brought out with a delectable cinnamon butter. They were so good that we had seconds. I ate the country fried chicken with a gravy cream sauce, which had a good portion size to price ratio. My only complaint is that the fries were slightly unseasoned, but they made up for it by loading them with cheese and bacon. Other than that, my time here was great.

We had a very nice server but the worst experience. We ordered appetizers that never arrived. The explanation was that the order was possibly lost. We were willing to take it to go, but without our permission, they simply said the order had been cancelled.

Chain of American style food restaurants specializing in grilled burgers, select cuts of meat mainly beef, and other tasty sides to order. The sirloin steak was good but maybe overcooked and not how we requested it. Most of the dishes came out only warm, bordering on the cold side. The service was quite slow but it was Saturday lunchtime so this may have influenced although there were a lot of staff. The buffalo wings were disappointing as they didn't come in the bone. They were tasty though and quite spicy. The desserts were very good!

I ordered take out and they killed it. Food was great for the price point. They nailed everything I ordered along with extras that most establishments wouldn’t include (Rolls, Butter, Onions and Cheese for the chili, extra dips). Whoever runs/works in their To Go section is on top of it!
