Our time at Texas Roadhouse here in Scarborough, Maine was outstanding. Upon entry, we had to wait a few minutes for seating, which was okay. As the waitress brought us to our table, she stopped at a small window and asked if we wanted to choose a steak for our dinner, all freshly cut by the way. Chain of American style food restaurants specializing in grilled burgers, select cuts of meat mainly beef, and other tasty sides to order. The sirloin steak was good but maybe overcooked and not how we requested it. Most of the dishes came out only warm, bordering on the cold side. I ordered take out and they killed it. Food was great for the price point. They nailed everything I ordered along with extras that most establishments wouldn’t include (Rolls, Butter, Onions and Cheese for the chili, extra dips). Whoever runs/works in their To Go section is on top of it!
