I am addicted to the new Sabrina’s daydream and get it almost daily in one location or another. The last several times on water street it has been very sub par. Got two today for myself and a helper and it was nearly pure white instead of pink. I was already home before I tried it and hadn’t noticed until it was too late. I didn’t have 20min to go back and have them fix it. Went back in the afternoon with a picture of it and to ask for another and they refused without the actual drink. I am disappointed they wouldn’t make another with a pic with today’s date showing a clear problem with the drink The avocado toast was cold too but I didn’t much care about that. It was the drink I look forward to daily and sometimes multiple times a day I wanted them to make another one of. I threw mine away. They told me I had to bring it back. I guess I should have known that but it was hours later. They’d probably blame me for it because it was hours later anyway I’ll just save my money and stop going to either of them here in town. Ps it’s always good when Ginger makes it.

On September 26, I went to this dunkin and order my usual small frozen hot chocolate with whipped cream and extra drizzle. This is the 7th time they have messed up my order. I even shouted my order at the speaker for them to get it right and they still didn’t. They need to retrain the employees. They were also very rude to me a few times. All I asked was for them to remake my order very nicely and they flat out told me no. Do better.

The Dunkin on Water Street is my go to place for iced coffee and occasional Boston Cream donut. Most of the I utilize the drive-thru. It is a popular place so the wait can be some. Normally pretty satisfied customer but been some issues through years. Still like going there!
