The Dunkin on Water Street is my go to place for iced coffee and occasional Boston Cream donut. Most of the I utilize the drive-thru. It is a popular place so the wait can be some. Normally pretty satisfied customer but been some issues through years. Still like going there!

Service was confused on many orders including mine. Annoying unanswered machine beeps made it difficult to hold a conversation. Re-educate servers to be more attentive.

$9.12 for a large black coffee and a sausage egg and cheese on a bagel. Service is always incredibly slow as well.
There were no zero stars Because that's what I would have put I arrived to order no Hello and the lady continued to count her money, I went to the bathroom while waiting for her to finish, but still no interest in me, I left. Very big lack of politeness.

Went to this location today and they did perfect with my matcha latte. Service was fantastic. I also ordered 2 of the watermelon donuts which were good however for a jelly filled donut there was just so little jelly. Solid 4 out of 5.
