Absolutely! Despicable. The place is understaffed staff don't seem to really care about the people. I informed them they were out of toilet paper and they said oh yeah it's been like that for a couple hours. Nobody jumped to get a roll. Nobody bothered to do anything. They didn't make the sandwich we ordered. They didn't get the toilet paper so desperately desired. We've been here many times. It has not gotten better. Avoid this place if you can and to the owner. You desperately need to up your customer service. The kids that work there have absolutely zero consideration to your consumers.
Donuts were very stale, only 2 workers on. They were wonderful but 2 people trying to take care of 10 people in lobby and 7 cars in drive thru is very poor management

Went up about 9:30am, got 2 drinks 6 donuts. One of the drinks I asked for one of the drinks not to be mixed and the lady mixes it right in front of me. The other was burnt and didn’t even have the right amount of stuff I wanted in it. First I wanted butternut but they didn’t have it, second was a glazed chocolate stick, didn’t have that. You know that look of an old donut, that was how my donuts looked liked.
This is also just the first time ANY of this has happened to me. I understand some people have bad and good days but this is a constant thing with this place. I will never ever in my life go to a Dunkin’ Donuts in the town of Skowhegan.
