I was on a phone call with them and she told us to wait a minute because she was taking an order. We ended up waiting 3 mins for her to respond back to us. When we finally got through the phone was in dead zone so she couldn't here us. Rudely she was like "I can't hear you." So we ended up going in because it was just easier. We get in and she was telling her coworkers that we hung up on her all because she couldn't here us. Still being rude about it, she doesnt even call us back. We get in and she was telling them thats the one that hung up on me. As we are waiting for our order to be placed the mid aged guy was slamming stuff so loud it hurt my ears and jumping the customers, not once but multiple times. They weren't teaching the new person how to do anything and were getting mad at him. Other than that the food was amazing. Thank you kid for dealing with them and having enough patience to make our food. The only way I'll be coming back is if there are different workers that act professional.

Good food overall, pizza is often overcooked.*Very good customer service. I love their buffalo wings & cheese steaks. Yummy! They put a lot of meat in their subs.*Pizza is good when it’s not overcooked, but def need to order X cheese.* Inconsistency.Also sometimes there’s plenty of cheese, others very little.* Sometimes the pizza is very hard & the end crust is like a brick.It will cut your mouth up if u eat the ends. It’s that hard.It’s not the soft chewy crust some pizza has. When it’s cooked a bit less it’s much better, however it’s inconsistent. Frustrating.Sometimes I get it & it’s great, other times overcooked & very hard, like tonight. (7/9/20)Overall most food I’ve tried is decent, not fantastic, but good, usually. I appreciate their hard work in this difficult time. Important part of the community! Very nice people who work there.I’ll likely get all my pizza from Al’s or Slice Bar from now on as those places are more consistent with crust that’s chewy, not hard. I’ll just get subs & wings maybe from Heros.The raccoons will enjoy the leftovers cuz once this pizza cools off it’s not edible. Rock hard! Tonight’s pizza only got half eaten (only cuz we were real hungry & it was closing time), the rest out to the animals.

We had our 1st taste of a hero's cheeseburger plate today while we were in waterville at Hive, and I was absolutely pleasantly surprised! The food was hot just the way I like it! That doesn't normally happen at a food truck so that made my day! The fries were hot and delicious along with the cheeseburger being juicy and flavorful! Thank you for a great lunch at a foodtruck!! Also great customer service with a smile!

Honestly I was skeptical about ordering from hero's pizza but they absolutely blew my mind and all of my family's aswell. The pizza is very good, sauce has a robust flavor . All in all a must go to!

The folks here are incredibly nice and proud of their work. It was our first time here and they encouraged us to grab a menu and take our time. The pizza is hot and fresh (slamming out this review mid-slice) and tastes AMAZING. From the crust to the cheese blend it’s the best I’ve had in the area. Will be back to try their other non-pizza foods (their menu is HUGE) great folks in an awesome atmosphere dedicated to the brave men and women that fought and continue to fight for our freedom ??
