I had ordered a chicken basket and the basket had 4 small pieces of chicken that looked more like chicken nuggets than the chicken tender. The fries were really tough. It is weird because multiple times I have eaten from here and the food was great.

High Tide Low Tide has a most wonderful Haddock Basket, it is priced reasonably and the portion is very generous. The added outside seating in the summer is nice.

Seafood market with to go fried seafood meals to be eaten on the deck. Deck is on a busy road wire near a traffic light. So quiet and relaxing is not happening. Seafood here is as good as you're gonna get. Wide variety.
I ordered the breaded scallop dinner. The seafood itself is fantastic and perfectly cooked. Although to expand your eating experience they should be taking the hinges off the scallops! You're biting into a soft and beautiful scallop and all of a sudden there is a rubber like thing in your mouth the hinge. This only takes a second to do and would greatly enhance your eating experience!

Don’t get me wrong, the food is great. My wife ordered for us. She ordered a haddock basket and a coconut shrimp basket. We received a popcorn shrimp basket but after tasting it I decided not to complain. When a young man came out to clean tables my wife asked if there was price difference. There was. The coconut shrimp was less money so the young man said they would refund the difference. We said we were going back into the market after eating to buy some things to bring home. As soon as I re-entered the market a man who had been cooking started explaining how I could not have the $3 back because I had eaten the more expensive food. If I had returned it right away they would have fixed the order (and what? thrown that food away?) I thought I was doing them a favor by not returning the food (I don’t generally do that anyway). I hadn’t even realized the man was talking to me because there were other people in the shop. I was selecting items I wanted. When I got to the register he again said I couldn’t have the $3 AND said my wife did not order the coconut shrimp. I was not in the mood to get angry. I wasn’t the one who placed the order. I left feeling it was a very petty exchange and I was purchasing another $41 after having lunch that I was over-charged for. So you may not have any issue and your experience may be great but I am a new resident of the area and although I was happy to find a fresh fish market I can take my little dollars someplace else. In the end I made no fuss but felt badgered to accept some responsibility and I don’t need to shop there.

My experience was mixed. Loved the selection of wines, cheeses, seafood and accompaniments. My wife ordered lunch for us. I wanted coconut shrimp but got popcorn shrimp. It was so good I didn’t complain but when a young man came out my wife asked if there was a price difference. There was and the coconut shrimp was less by $3 which he said he would refund. We went back into the market after eating to buy some things to take home. A man behind the counter started telling me right away that they couldn’t refund the $3 because I ate the more expensive food (I thought I was being thoughtful, not wasting the delicious food I didn’t order). He said if I had brought it back they would have made me what I asked for but I didn’t. I said “whatever” it was $3 but then he adds that my wife didn’t order the coconut shrimp and he said he confirmed it. I was buying another $40 in items and felt he was pressing me to accept the blame for the error. So, as I said, great market, very clean, but I personally did not feel valued in my customer experience so I won’t be going back. Too bad. We just moved to the area from out of state and loved knowing there was fresh seafood market nearby. A petty decision lost a regular customer.
Good place to take your girlfriend from California after long day of dancing and yoga.

Don’t advertise fried food if you are not prepared to serve fried food - you said it was available on your website, in store menu and street sign! Very disappointing!!!
