We went there with some friends and we ordered coffee. I liked my coffee. There are different areas you can sit, order food, drinks, or only coffee. Also, there are plenty of games to play or books to read. Joe’s Flat Iron Cafe is a fun and cozy place that I recommend to try!

Oh, this is the place to do lunch!!! What a sweet little cafe!! Such a relaxed atmosphere where you can eat, converse, play board games, there are couches to just sit and relax. A piano. Yeah, its great!!

I had seen online that they had gluten free options so me and my dad went and checked it out, the breakfast sandwich I had was amazing and I had no reaction, the coffee was great, I asked for almond milk and had no reactions there as well. I will DEFINITELY be visiting again!

Interesting find. Traveling through/stayed in Skowhegan and looked for a restaurant. Most were closed on a Monday but this was opened. Local artists paintings throughout. A sitting area with couches to sip your coffee at the front, tables through the middle ans what appeared to be another business and entrance in the back, with a separate entrance, for bike rentals. Large, clean, gender neutral bathrooms (2). Order your food at the counter, pay, and they deliver to your table. Ruben sandwich was so delicious, we had it at both our visits. Great place. Absolutely recommend
