Interesting find. Traveling through/stayed in Skowhegan and looked for a restaurant. Most were closed on a Monday but this was opened. Local artists paintings throughout. A sitting area with couches to sip your coffee at the front, tables through the middle ans what appeared to be another business and entrance in the back, with a separate entrance, for bike rentals. Large, clean, gender neutral bathrooms (2). Order your food at the counter, pay, and they deliver to your table....
I absolutely LOVE this coffee shop! I live in Portland and always look forward to visiting when I'm in town. Incredibly warm community-focused vibe, great blends, passionate owner and kind staff!! It's hard to imagine Skowhegan without this staple business.
Best coffee shop atmosphere you could ask for. Very nice staff, the pastrami sandwich is pretty good too. Sometimes the coffee drinks vary depending on whose making them, but overall 5 stars!!!
