So did a walk in order at 7pm on Sunday Oct. 13th. When asked for a 16pc meal. I asked for all Original, was told "No, it's going to be half Original and half Extra Crispy". I asked why and was told I had no other option because they were not planning on cooking any more chicken. When I returned home, I found all 8 biscuits stuffed on top of my chicken in a bucket. They were completely squished. Both sides of Mashed Potatoes were only half of the round container. Barely enough for a single serving. Considering We paid almost $56 for the meal and being told what we had to take is bull! Tried calling to speak with someone regarding the issue and the line was constantly busy. I don't plan on ever going back or recommending this location.

Chicken from the southern United States but in the north (Maine). the famous sauce has been replaced by industrial sauces packaged separately. the portions are generous and the staff friendly. very clean toilets.

Thought it was very strange that I wanted to order so I look at their menu, go into the KFC cause the driver thru was packed and I showed her my phone, I wanted an 8 pieces, 8 tenders family meal.$30 Which came with French fries, large mash potato, a cole slaw and four biskets. She says, that's only if you order it online. So I scroll down the menu, SAME menu, find the 16 piece meal and it's $47.99. you get the same thing for chicken, a large potato, a large slaw, and 8 biscuits. ? Did I just get ripped off by KFC. And you all need to fix your online menu. I never see once that those prices and meal deals were only if you ordered it online. I didn't plan on spending fifty dollars. Frankly I think they were lying. And another thing how come I've never gotten a dessert with my meal. Even when it says I will get one. You guys need to seriously figure it out. Families are looking to feed their kids and save money. If I'm gonna spend $50 to eat out I'm going to Applebee's where the food is fresh.

Went through drive thru, ordered three things, informed the girl one of my items were missing and I got an attitude from the girl takin the money. Came home to find my Quesadilla was tossed into the bag scrunched up and not even halfcut. Will no longer be coming thru to this location. :)

We put in an online order and when we went to pick it up we were told they had no food. No chicken or fries or anything. No food. They also couldn't give us a refund because "they aren't trained to know how to do that" the manager said. Then we called customer service to try and get a refund only to be transferred multiple times and the people on the other line were in another country and couldn't understand English. Will we get our $60 refund for food that the restaurant didn't give us but took our money for anyway? Who knows!

We ordered on the app tonight and it was a very bad experience. We get the order, there were substations that we weren't told about, food missing. We had to go back to pick it up. It wasn't until we went back to get the missing food that they told us they were out of what we ordered so they gave us something else. The girl working was snotty and rude. Just overall unsatisfying experience.
