As of March 29 2025 I'm done with pizza hut. Sent me an email for a large pizza free due to issues with last order. Not only was the coupon invalid but when I reached out I was told someone would be in touch within 24 -48 hours. Never happened. So good bye Pizza Hut

Our favorite pizza hut! Food is always great and I would have to say every employee who has spoke to us has seemed to take a lot of pride in what they do. Always strive to make us happy and take the extra minute to make our toddler feel welcomed. I appreciate how kind and pleasant everyone always is. I do wish to see a couple repairs done but thats the only thing negative I have to say.

The order came out in pieces and then they forgot the chicken that went with the family box order As for the food it all tastes like breadsticks some had cheese some had pizza sauce.. If I could sum up my experience in one word it would be (disgusting) I was sick before I even left the place had to run to the bathroom.

It's pizza hut, No one beats the hut ! There quality is always as I expect.
I had an interview there and the lady who interviewed me didn't even know she had an interview that booth I was sitting at was dirty and disgusting plus the lady was very Rude Goodluck hiring anyone at this store.

Pizza Hut was one of our favorite places to eat. Unfortunately most of them closed in RI so when we drove, by we knew had to order some of our favorite food. When we arrived there were 3 people working. Two women and a man. Both woman saw us standing there, made eye contact and never acknowledged us. Thank goodness for the young man cutting and boxing the pizza. He came over, very polite and gave us our order. The food was still hot and was delicious. We will visit again next year during our annual visit at Canaan Hotel.

I checked the salad bar on the way to be seated and there was no lettuce. I almost walked out when I was seated and the floor opposite our table was covered with what looked like pizza crust pieces. I asked the guy who seated us why there was no lettuce in the salad bar and he gave a song and dance about waiting for someone to mention it before he refilled it. This was at 6 pm on a Friday night. I asked to speak to the manager to let him know how dirty the seating area was and it took quite a bit of encouragement for him to even leave the counter area to take the 10 steps to see the mess in the dining area. He did get a vacuum out to clean the mess, but this should be routine cleaning, not from the urging of a customer.
