Our server was a girl with long dark hair, she was incredibly rude, made several remarks about things being to expensive for me, if you want to be judged on your looks come here but if not, stay clear.

Completely garbage. I'm not sure where things went wrong at this location in the last 6-8 months (owner insight?) Did not give half of what was ordered on at least 2 of the 5 sandwiches. Should not have to add toppings they have at home and was told to put on!, being in a rush they did not. With 4 people working at the same time. Owner change things (maybe correctly train staff members). You're losing customers.

I have to say, people need to lighten up. I have always gotten good food and good service here. I was here on a Tuesday night. I ordered on the ap but my order wasn't ready yet. But, the 2 girls working were moving just as fast as they could and they had a long line. Someone came in behind me and he was angry and rude when he found out his order wasn't ready. Sometimes things happen. You don't need to be a jerk about it.

Stale bread, veggies were not as fresh as usual. Only one person was working and she was rushing. Definitely needs more than one person to be efficient. Not blaming this employee just saying. Just frustrating to spend $40 on dinner and the bread isn’t even

Extremely disappointed. I ordered a sandwich for my lunch break for work. After eating a few bites I noticed SEVERAL long black hairs all through my sandwich. I couldn’t leave as I was at work so I went without for the afternoon. When I got out of work I went down to the store to see if I could get a refund. The girl called her manager and she told me that I could only get my money back if I had the sandwich with me. I showed her the pictures and explained that this was at 1:30pm. I was at work until 5pm and it was in the garbage at the store. She said she could remake it, so i’ll give them that, but I didn’t want a new one several hours later I wanted my money back. It was a $12 sandwich! I told her to tell the people working tomorrow that I will get the sandwich out of the trash and be back with it tomorrow.So,1- Absolutely disgusted to find hair in my sandwich2- Very disappointed with the way they dealt with the situation
