Got a famous bowl today realized they didn't provide a utensil to eat the food. So I went back through the drive through and the lady was acting like I was inconviencing her. She gave me a great deal of attitude. When I asked if she had some sort of issue she said that she didn't know what I wanted I was just looking at her through the window. I told her I just talked to someone about saying I was missing silverware and to pull ahead I asked do you guys not talk to each other she said no. I was like we'll I wouldn't even be back in line if you didn't forget my silverware. She said that she doesn't pack the bag she just hands them to people. I was like we'll regardless I didn't get everything I needed. She said so there's nothing else and shut the windows.
Thanks for the poor service skowheagan kfc ....the food was good though :)

I like the food here. The fried chicken is fantastic including some of the Mexican options. However, there's 2 things I see wrong with this restaurant. One of them is that when buying fried chicken in any form of bucket that actually fills people, even for one person, is going to cost a minimum of $25. Yes there are other cheaper options but keep in mind: lots of salt means more food needed. Which is insane considering chicken is one of the cheapest easily accessible meats out there. And two: I have yet to see the Chalupa box offered year round. That's usually the only time I'm really buying Mexican from here is when I'm getting a chalupa. But for some reason chalupas aren't year round. Which makes zero sense considering people like them. Not a location thing, but definitely a company thing.

When I ask for a hot sauce and extra sour cream and they tell me they have to charge me for extra sour cream and I say I have no problem and then I get all the way home with my meal and I have my extra sour cream but they can't wrap their heads around sour cream and still remember the hot sauce It seems to me that back in the day when fast food workers made less they worked harder they took pride in their work they made more of an attempt to do better now that they get paid halfway decent money they lack an attention to detail they don't give a Pay attention to the actual order they get sidetracked really easily and half of them can't even pull up their pants So the food is fine no complaints with that yet and sometimes the drive-thru window is okay service-wise but when I ask for hot sauce and extra sour cream and they make sure I know I have to pay for extra sour cream and then I get home and I have no hot sauce I'm sorry I overburdened you with two requests apparently that's one too many I'm freaking believable and yeah this is Skowhegan Maine KFC Taco Bell

They don’t care what you order or how much you order. They seem to just make a couple things on your order an call it good. 42.17$ worth of food an got maybe 25$ worth. Place is a joke a people at it are too. Ain’t that hard to read the slip an make the food.

Threatened us for gently knocking at window after they were rude and didn’t ask for sauce. They barely put anything for meat in burritos . 30$ of food and not one napkin. The only good thing or service was the girl who took the order in Drivethrough was extremely nice. Teenage boy at window needs a different job, or a talking from his parents about respect to a Vietnam veteran who just wanted some dinner

Had to wait for 20 mins or so while the management was on break then he acted like he was doing me a favor for a refund!!

Don't bother getting a famous bowl, you'll only get five tiny pieces of chicken. Trying to save you from the disappointment.

They don’t have what you order then after you’ve paid, try to talk you into something else instead. Then the order was incorrect. Terrible customer service.

Skowhegan Taco Bell at its finest. Ya’ll can’t even melt CHEESE on this atrocity?? Always money and time wasted if you come here. 0/10

I find fast food to be terrible, and the person who was on speaker either couldn't hear or just didn't care. The order was completely wrong, and that was after double checking. The chicken I got full of pepper, I keep forgetting that so my bad. My little one had the same problem. Pepper is really not a good flavor. The other 2 that we're with me got food they liked but, still 1 order was short food. And the drink was not there. There is no pride in their job, barely polite
