i don't like to complain but the food was burnt and smelt it too. i mobile ordered and when i got it not even 5 minutes after i ordered and the food is cold. the staff were NOT talkative or very friendly. i get it its early and you don't want to be there. i worked at dunkin for 2 years. this place is never this bad...

Ordered a dozen assorted, not one Boston Creme. There was one jelly filled, but it had about a teaspoon of jelly in it. Kinda disappointed... A lot

The hash browns were stale and hard as a rock, so we had them remake them, just for they to reheat already cooked hash browns, they just give out stale food bec they cook it all early just to reheat it before selling. It’s gross. Waste of money and time

Whoever was working 12/6/24 around 5 or 6 made one of the best drinks I've gotten from a dunks, and I order religiously
They put cheese on a sandwich that I requested without cheese. It was melted on everything so there was no way to scrape it off. It's a very simple request.
For the 3rd time in a year I received a regular coffee when I ordered (very specifically) a decaf. Regular coffee for me equals a sleepless night! I'm 66 years old and I've been a Dunkins customer for all my adult life. I've gotten regular coffee in error maybe twice in 50 years. To get 3 in a year is simply unacceptable. I guess I won't be able to have my coffee treat at Dunks because losing a nights sleep is torture! Your staff needs to be trained to be less careless
Dietary restrictions: When Decaf is ordered your staff needs to make sure decaf is served. People who order decaf do so for a reason.

Every time that I have come here; no matter who it is on the speaker. They speak with the most unenthusiastic, unhappy, monotone voice when they take your order. This is the script every time "Can I help you..?", "Yep.", "Anything else..?", "Come on up.". Do you think it changes when you get to the window? No, it does not. They tell you the total without even a "hi" or "Good morning", they take your money, hand you your food and not say a single word as you leave.
I get that you may not be happy with your job. I don't know what you have going on in your life. Of course, its not my business. However, if you are working there, and you are over the age of 25, more than likely you are there to support yourself and possibly another human being; to pay rent, buy food, etc.. With that kind of importance, you would think you would put forth a little more effort to keep that job.
Or, just put in some effort to find another job that will make your life a little happier.
