Since I went gluten and dairy free in 2018 I’ve had to give up our family tradition of donuts and cinnamon roles on Christmas morning, until THIS year! I first heard of Nono’s on a gluten free social media page I follow on Instagram, but never had the chance to head over and try this place for myself. A few days before Christmas this year, I remembered Nonos and placed an order of cinnamon roles and donuts. We picked them up Christmas Eve morning with heating instructions for Christmas Day. These pastries were SUCH a treat after going the last few Christmas without something safe to enjoy. The owner was so responsive, kind and informative, especially for placing an order only two days before Christmas. The cinnamon roles were moist and flavorful but not too sweet, even my gluten and dairy loving boyfriend enjoyed them. We can’t wait to come back and try more! 10/10 recommend giving this place a try!!
We were very pleasantly greeted and served but the food wasn’t wonderful. Pumpkin cupcake had a very odd flavor, possibly too much corn flour in the GF blend. Chocolate donut was dry. Mac’n’cheese was dry lacked salt and made with store bought pasta that has a butter after taste, I could definitely make better on my own. Cinnamon roll was rubbery and a bit dry while also crusted with lumps of cinnamon sugar that sank to the bottom. I’m a picky GF eater as I can bake quite a bit of my own items. Had hopes for this cute place, but doubt I’ll make the drive to return.
All vegan and gluten free!
Everything here was so good!
Gluten free and vegan bakery! I was very happy to have a cinnamon roll that even my granddaughter and Dad enjoyed! Went back the next day for biscuits, that were huge, for strawberry shortcake!

10/10 amazing food, service and everything! Sage was so wonderful. We are in town for 3 days and plan to go every day!! As someone with multiple food allergies it was so incredible to find somewhere that I don’t have to worry!!
Dietary restrictions: I have many food allergies and had no problem eating here!! There were a few items that I had questions on and they were so patient walking me through the ingredients and answering all my questions!
Kid-friendliness: Brought our baby in with us and it was no problem!

I first had some baked goods made by Nonos Kitchen at the Kittery Maine farmers market. The banana bread and coffee cake didn’t last long enough to take a picture of first- they were delicious!!! Highly recommend!
Very friendly staff. The key lime cupcake was amazing!

This was 100% worth a drive!!!! if I could get this 1 million stars I would. This will definitely be a comeback anytime I am remotely close to her shop. Planning to come back for a cinnamon roll!!

We purchased the banana bread last weekend and it was DELICIOUS! My husband had no idea it was vegan until I told him. Our 16 month old would give it a 10/10 if she could.

On my way to Portsmouth and stopped by to pick up a few baked goods for breakfast. Everything is so good! Can't believe they are vegan and gluten free! Took a bite of the scallion scone and wanted to turn the car around to get more! I will definitely stop by again!
