Decent dinner. Our server was kind but made several mistakes. My food was very salty but others meals were fine. Pricey for the overall experience but it was open with no wait

Found metal in the steamed clam and mussels, and wife had a lobster Ruben she indicated one of the BEST we brought the attention of the chief , he stated you know that are bottom feeders! He stated he has never seen that before , that might be correct but , right it was from the cleaning of the shell fish , he stated he has never seen that before I don’t believe that BS all of the other items were excellent

This was a complete disappointment. We got into Southwest Harbor late and wanted to find someplace close for a quick dinner and drink. We pulled into this place and from beginning to end it was a disaster and an expensive one at that…The waitress/bartender was nice enough and we discovered she is the owners daughter. My husband ordered a flatbread and I ordered the fried shrimp. We both ordered beer and by the time our dinner came, we were 1/2 way through our beers, otherwise I would have left. The fried shrimp was precooked tiny shrimp used for shrimp salad and was cold and disgusting. My husband's flatbread wasn’t much better. The peer shaker on the table was filthy and the pepper was stuck together in the shaker and didn’t move, gross… With tip-out bill was $70.00. When the waitress cleared our plates, she didn’t even acknowledge that I had barely touched my dinner. Unbelievable… save yourself the trip and skip the Upper Deck…

Funky seafood bar with a view of the water and lots of local craft bears. Had tasty crab cakes and salmon Oscar. No desserts though.

Wow! Food all cooked to order, extremely fresh and amazing tasting. Whoever is working that kitchen thank you. We came back to eat dinner here 3 out of the 4 days we stayed. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend this place as a hang out or serious feast. We had the hamburger (really good), shrimp scampi (amazing), lobster roll, lobster dinner (lobster is local from the harbor below), mussels (so good!).

Fried clams small and overcooked.
Clam chowder had an occasional clam in a very thin "chowder".
All the best reviews seem to come from locals.
Nice view. Seats by the rail " are only for large parties." They sat four couples by the rail after we were seated.
Prices are for better food than they serve.

Really good views of the harbor outside. With the outdoor heaters it was quite good. I don't get why this place is rated 3.8 stars.

We went here for dinner on a Saturday, it was pretty busy but we didn't have to wait to be seated. The wait staff were very friendly and the food was good. I recommend sitting on the back patio to enjoy the view of the harbor.
There is only a small amount of parking out front, but there is more behind the building (down the hill).

Because it is so close the where we are staying, we made the mistake twice in separate years. I guess we thought it might be better after two years. The clam chowder is watery and little taste. The bacon in the Cobb salad was hard on the teeth. There is an abundance of fried dishes but not much other than that. When seated, we asked if we could sit by the rail for a few. Said we could not because they were for larger parties. Five couples arrived after us and they were seated at the rail. Our server was a fairly pleasant and polite young man but he was the only one in the place that smiled or responded to people with pleasantries. I was shocked that the staff could be that rude. I ordered a sea breeze and was surprised at the price of $10. Then i noticed the server requested Tito’s but did not ask me. Not cool.

Great food. The semi-indoor seating has a beautiful view (see photo), and the temperature is very nice.
