The staff at this dunkin won't make my drink here correctly. I get a refresher every morning at another location usually and I bring a stanley cup with my own ice. This location refuses to make my drink with no ice. I'm a paying customer so if I have to pay for my drink, it should be able to be made the way I want it. I had to drive another 8 miles to get to the next dunkins. This is the only location that gives me a problem about this. It happened once before, the only other time I have been here. I'm definitely not impressed with this location. I then asked for as little ice as possible and they insisted on filling it a third of the way with ice. That is not OK and where it happened more than once it's definitely not a fluke. I won't be coming here again

I go here all the time. Sometimes they mess up, sometimes they don't. It's usually when the manager is not there and I never leave a review. But this time the service was very bad. My coffee was very light. Did not look right. I asked for an extra shot...they put it in and the young man that was there gave me the biggest attitude about it and I said thank you. He did not say you're welcome. Very rude and ignorant

The gentleman that served us was very good. As we sat and had our drinks we experienced him interacting with other customers. He was very accommodating and seems to really enjoy his job.

Stopped in for a cool refreshment on a hot day. Logan and Sarah were serving customers. They were fast and friendly to all the customers. Employees any establishment would be lucky to have. They seemed to like there job and their interactions with customers. A1 service!

these hoes can never get your custom drink right. want cream? your getting lemonade instead. oh you want a strawberry refresher with green tea that you’ve been craving all day? have fun with it being 10% strawberry and 90% green tea. ridiculous. happens everytime i go there.

Was in seeing grandkid playing in a school band and choir show up in Maine.very clean, same great menu friendly service, clean rest rooms. Took donuts and coffee to go. 2.5 hour ride.

The woman who took my order this morning was incredibly rude to me for no apparent reason. I could tell that the other employees noticed her multiple rude interactions, and they still said nothing to her about it in my presence. She raised her voice to me while picking the dozen donuts. Her poor attitude worsened by the second throughout the ordering process. I have no idea what i did or said to her to ellicit such negativity, but she definitely treated me like I was beneath her. When I left, I thanked her and told her I hoped that she had a wonderful day. Food and drinks were great
