Was in seeing grandkid playing in a school band and choir show up in Maine.very clean, same great menu friendly service, clean rest rooms. Took donuts and coffee to go. 2.5 hour ride.

The woman who took my order this morning was incredibly rude to me for no apparent reason. I could tell that the other employees noticed her multiple rude interactions, and they still said nothing to her about it in my presence. She raised her voice to me while picking the dozen donuts. Her poor attitude worsened by the second throughout the ordering process. I have no idea what i did or said to her to ellicit such negativity, but she definitely treated me like I was beneath her. When I left, I thanked her and told her I hoped that she had a wonderful day. Food and drinks were great

Crazy employee was angry, that I used the bathroom a normal human thing and threatened me with the police, I was silent the whole time.

The crew this morning was apparently having a really bad day and decided to pass the misery along. One of our jelly donuts looks like someone stuck their thumb through the middle of it. The guy who handed out the boxes of donuts pressed down on the lid and so the frosted donuts stuck to the lid. The glazed donuts had hardly any glaze and what glaze was there melted off during the five minute car ride home. The coffee was burnt and had to be dumped out. No one is answering the customer service line and previous attempts at talking to the two managers at this location have been confrontational — to the point of harassing community members on Facebook. If they would train their employees, maybe they wouldn’t have so many problems.

I go here everyday, always right on point. I leave a lot of 5 star reviews. Unfortunately today, the girl at the window was extremely rude- the coffee order was incorrect- when I told her she acted like I was an inconvenience. Then, I get home. My Hot Chocolate was water... & the bagel was not toasted... bad day today. Let's get better for tomorrow !

Did the mobile order 10+ minutes ahead of time got there and it still wasn’t ready. On the app it let me order a sesame seed bagel turns out when I got there they didn’t have any also ordered the bacon bites which were so burnt I wouldn’t even feed them to a
Went in there to grab a quick coffee, and waited about 10 minutes while the lady in front of me was getting donuts. She kept switching back and forth about what donuts she as going to get, and the employee gave her them in a box, then she came back and wanted to switch some out. They had two registers, and the customer had already paid. At least get the employee who wasn’t doing anything to quickly take an order from other people waiting. Finally got to order my coffee that took the employee 30 seconds to make, and the flavor wasn’t mixed in at all, so I couldn’t drink it all because of the flavor piled at the bottom.
