We have always been a fan of Percy's so it pains me to write this. My usual (eggs bennie) was great as it has always been. My Wife pancake was not cooked through and gummy. The 2nd issue was the service. Typically it is great, today not so much, it took quite awhile to order, we had an appointment so once our order waas served we dug in, my Wife commented on the pancake but our server did not come back until we were almost done, she told the server but we declined to have another one made due to our appointment. We were both finished, utensiles and napkins in our plates. We sat there waiting and another server cleared our table. Our server went by us 3 times and we had to ask for our check. Seems when Bridgette is not there to run the front of the house chaos follows. This is the 3rd time we have been there without Bridgette there and it has always been the same.

We went for breakfast. Tex Mex Omelet was generous and flavorful. Lite portion of their famous brisket hash was still plentiful. Delicious. Waitstaff is welcoming and engaging. Quick service. Worth the visit.

We arrived about 9am on. Sunday, we were seated quickly. Breakfast menu had plenty of options including Belgian Waffles, that were so yummy. Patriotic atmosphere with a free cup of coffee to any veteran! Prices were average. By the time we left at 10 there were parties waiting to be seated. We will be back!

Wanted to find a good breakfast spot while visiting family in Maine from Central New York. Went to one place and paid a lot for a little that wasn’t noteworthy. Found this place. OH MY. Percy’s made up for the previous breakfast flop and then some. The service was very friendly and the food was outstanding. Must get the cheesy maple hash, or even just the brisket hash. Best hash I’ve ever had. This will be a go to spot for us on future visits for sure. There are other things on the menu I’d love to try and would wager are just as good.

Ok….that was an absolute WIN! We just happen to find this gem of a spot after doing a little morning sight seeing and we weren’t disappointed at all! Super clean, extremely nice people and the food…. Let me tell ya….youre gonna walk out full! Portions are huge and the price is on point! There is one thing you HAVE TO try. Get a small side of it if you want….but get the Cheesy Maple Hash Cheddar cheese curds/ maple mustard. They make it with their home fries and it’s OUT OF THIS WORLD! The “maple mustard” threw me off when I read it …but I was shocked at how delicious that was. The Brisket was cooked to perfection and the drizzle of maple mustard on the brisket hash and cheese curds was like an explosion of delicious sorcery in your mouth. You won’t be disappointed! Needless to say…we will be returning to that place for sure! OH…and they serve Mimosas!! Enjoy!
