Someone needs to get the old women some help mentally because she is not okay to be handling and trusted with people’s food. This subway is going down hill and the old women is the reason why.

The veggies tasted okay but the sub rolls were very hard at the ends meaning the rolls were NOT as fresh as subways policy calls for. I’ve never ever had this problem with sub roll being hard! Also the pretzel stick was very hard and unedible when I got home and I only live 5 minutes away from store. I spent $25 on this food and I wish I ordered dominos instead. Corporate Subway needs to pay these guys a visit and re train them. I read alot of bad reviews but gave them chance.

old woman had a bad attitude. i highly recommend her speak to a professional as there are obvious mental struggles. because of this I no longer trust this place to make my food if the employee is so unstable and easily hostile.

Carefully watch them.Ordered the Titan Turkey which is supposed to be 2X the provolone, but it looked like he only put 1X on. When I questioned it he said "oh you want double, some people don't"?. I asked 'oh so you'd charge me less?'. He said "yes,, I'd only charge you for a regular turkey sandwich". But he never mentioned that when he was giving be less cheese!

Ordering online works but the staff aren’t picking up on details such as toasting.. there’s something every time.. Apparently you need to be standing there supervising the sandwich build to get your order

Lady was rude. Called 15 mins before my order was supposed to be picked up. Phone picked up but no one was there and when I called a second time I was answered and immediately hung up.

I work at dominos part time and I left money in a dominos cup for a friend who needed to borrow some money. Co worker saw the subway employee go to the dumpster and piss on the side and take the money. Confronted the guy and he denied it until I told him he was caught on the dash cam of a coworker and he gave it back after the cops were called.

This location struggles with decent employees. Subway prices jumped significantly, and there are MUCH better local options in food quality and quantity.The last time I ordered, I downloaded the app to order and made changes such as double meat, swap lettuce for spinach, and more peppercorn ranch dressing than "regular." Not one of my extras (with the tip I left on the app was $10+ from a standard offer order price), or requests were reflected in the delivered sandwich.I'm pretty annoyed. I feel like I got robbed during this past transaction. It will be at least a year before I try ANY Subway location again.

The older lady of the two employees seemed very flustered and unprepared for the lunch hour. I guess they waited to restock almost every meat, veggie, and condiment until there was a lunch rush. Then the older lady employee kept picking up stuff off of the floor etc... WITHOUT CHANGING her disposable gloves before making another sandwich.. I had waited by this point for 15 minutes and still was 3rd in line for my order so instead of causing her more aggravation,, I decided to cut my time wasted and not take the chance of food poisoning..... Be aware people
