Breakfast is my favorite meal. I got the beast breakfast sandwich as recommended by a friend. I truly do not know how you can make this breakfast sandwich any better. They make their own English muffins from scratch and is clearly as fresh as it gets. I look forward to this bakehouse any opportunity I can get. Easily my favorite place.

Super yummy breakfast sandwiches and other baked goods. Definitely recommend calling ahead as it can take 20 minutes as it's made super fresh. English muffins are made fresh and are so light and fluffy. Coffee is also awesome!

My wife and I tried Sweet and Savory for the first time and loved it.I got a sausage and egg burrito, and she got a vegan breakfast sandwich. Both were great. Coffee was really good, and they use coffee ice cubes in their ice coffee.Wait was a little long (20-ish minutes), but it was worth it. We'll definitely be back.

We come to Sweet and Savory every year when we visit family and agree that the number 1 with cheddar is the best Breakfast Sandwich we have had. Excellent ingredients and homemade English muffins perfectly toasted make these special. They serve an excellent local coffee too—coffee by design.
This is the best breakfast sandwich spot I've ever tried. I don't say that lightly, as I hunt down breakfast sandwich spots all over Maine, and everywhere we travel. The bakehouse itself is such an unassuming building from the outside, which might lead you to think they offer one or two basic egg sandwiches - But that's not the case at all! They have a huge selection, all made super fresh to order, on their own homemade English muffins (or bagels). My favorite is the Southern Discomfort, and my husband orders Steaky Steaky Eggs and Bakey every time. Plenty of fresh-baked sweet options for all the folks with a sweet tooth, too.Nate and his family are kind, welcoming, and extremely hard-working. Sweet and Savory Bakehouse is officially a Saturday morning ritual for us now. Don't miss it!!Pro tip: Try ordering ahead by phone, as it takes a little time to cook such deliciousness :)

Holy COW is this place good. Best BEC I've had, ever. Someone posted that the sandwiches are pricy which is totally not the case, they are 50¢ more than Dunkin at most and 100x better. Keep it up! ?

It’s not the cheapest breakfast sandwich but you’re paying for extremely good quality, quantity, and service. Will absolutely be going again, and would suggest this place to anyoneVegetarian options: They have vegetarian options!! I don’t know if their bread is vegan but I’m pretty sure you could make a vegan sandwich as well :)
