I know its hard to take over a well established business, but this is bad. The staff dont really seem to want to be there and dont seem to care about the customers. The few times I went back in after they finally reopened the food was haphazardly put together. Buffalo pizza was drowning in ranch on 3 different occasions and the cheese pizza was old. Another time we tried to order 2 Italians we were told it would be 20+ mins because they were making a large order. Which one lady was making all of them while 2 employees were standing around literally avoiding work and one was making pizzas. Another time we went in and got Italians they were flat and looked like a toddler built it with stale bread. We tried to give it a few chances, but every time it was not a good experience, plus thier hours were funky and fluctuated, so we never knew if they were open.

Cool little corner store. Limited selection in the grocery portion but a big menu for lunch. I caught the end of breakfast and snagged a sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. Would do it again!

According to menu breakfast sandwich is $4.95. Why was I charged $6.43 (I complained when it originally rang up at 6.97)!?? I didn’t put it back but paid for it….:: The sausage was over cooked on one side, was all you could taste and the english muffin was doughy because it wasn’t toasted. I told the guy I wouldn’t return.
Your business is nothing like when TJ owned the place!!
Wish I could give you 0 stars.

I called ahead around 7pm, and was greeted by a lady who was very nice. Ended up ordering 3 ham Italians and they were on point, perfectly made, and were stacked just how I like them. I’m from Alabama and been going here for 10 years..it’s definitely much cleaner and updated inside from when it was TJs and still serving some of the best sandwiches and pizza around.

I can’t count how many times they have messed up my order. Tired of feeling like I’m asking too much to have it made as requested.

Listen, I’ve worked in this kind of industry before. It can be extremely rewarding, HOWEVER they are going to make someone extremely sick with the practices. Ordered a BLT, bacon uncooked. If you can’t find time to throw bacon on a grill don’t add it to a menu. ALSO with that said. I also ordered a chicken salad sandwich. You could tell the either the cooling table isn’t turned up enough or it was left open or left out, the chicken and mayo were warm!

I'm pretty sure that defrosting ground beef on top of a pizza oven is not ServSafe approved. If you want to get sick and pay way too much for their cheap food, feel free to waste your money here.

EDIT: Question, if that's not ground beef defrosting on the pizza oven, then what is it? Because that's what it looks like to me.

To clarify the cheap food comment, I was saying that typically convenience store pizza, subs, and Italians are cheap food, compared to a nice steak dinner at a sit down restaurant. I am saying that Walker's Landing is expensive for the "cheap" food they serve.

Been s customer of TJs for over 20 years - the new ownership is a joke. Staff are gruff and rude and the food is absolutely terrible now. They are constantly mixing up or forgetting orders. Never eating here again.

20$ for two regular Italians that appear to be made by a toddler. No pickles on them. Do not recommend.

Place was very clean and friendly helpful staff.
Sub was very lean on the meat, but an abundance of lettuce. Ben and Jerry’s was super expensive

Place has gone down hill. Prices have gone up while quality has drastically gone down.

I don’t normally post negative things about businesses online but I ordered two sandwiches and they gave me a tiny piece of roast beef and just filled the ENTIRE sandwich with carrots and pickles. I don’t know how hard it is to mess up a roast beef sandwich, but what I witnessed yesterday was astounding. The people working there seemed nice though!
