Possibly the worst dining experience I’ve ever had in Maine or anywhere else ever. I ordered a lobster grilled cheese, an order of steamers, and a beer. The food took forever to come out and was cold and tasteless. The waitress was pleasant but forgot to bring the beer out. The steamers were barely warm and dipping/ cleaning water was cold. My wife ordered some haddock that was pretty good but cooked in awful tasting oil no doubt. With a tip 80.00. Pretty bad when the best tasting dish was the Cole slaw, Run don’t walk away from this place.

Fresh, Flavorful, FANTASTIC 🦞!!! My sisters and I stopped in for lunch on our way to Quoddy State Park and we're already planning on stopping in for dinner on our way back...2 lobsters, fried pickles, and lobster rolls (the BEST I've ever had). Remember to save room for the warm, homemade, blueberry pie. Family owned, super friendly, excellent service!!!

Food was good. Service was not. Busy place and only one server working and she often would disappear for long stretches. She didn’t seem to know the food well, or wasn’t comfortable answering questions about it.

We were the 1st new table the restaurant with 2 tables already finished eating. Shortly 3 more parties came in . We were the 2nd to get waited on for drink orders after 30 mins. We recieved our drinks . Then we were last to ask for our food order and at this point it was 50 mins after arriving. The worst service ever!!!!!
The Clam Chowder was a bit starchy, so it thinned out as soon as it got cold. I've had better.
The Onion Rings, however, the best I've had so far as they were made from scratch with just the right cut size for maximum sweetness and crunchy combo - perfect 👌
It's a lovely little place.

This is honestly some of the best lobster I’ve ever had. Fresh, fat, and reasonably priced. This place deserves a much higher rating, a hidden gem

We experienced an hour+ wait for 2 lobster rolls. It is understandable that long waits can occur, but the lobster meat we felt, were lacking in portion size.

Wow! On the way to the Schoodic Loop and saw Tracey's. Delicious, fresh, hot buttered lobster rolls and very friendly service. Highly recommend stopping for a lobster roll... or two!! I will be back for the lobster dinner.

As someone who loves a classic, no-frills seafood experience, Tracey's Seafood in Sullivan, Maine, is a must-visit. This isn't a fancy, white-tablecloth kind of place—it's the real deal: a beloved roadside seafood shack that delivers on everything that matters.
The main event here is the lobster roll, and it absolutely lives up to the hype. The lobster meat is incredibly fresh, tender, and piled high on a perfectly toasted bun. A tip from a local: get the warm, buttered version. It's pure perfection. The portions are generous, especially considering the fantastic value, making it one of the best deals for a lobster roll you'll find anywhere.
Beyond the lobster, their fried seafood is equally impressive. The whole belly clams and scallops are cooked with a light, flavorful batter that is fried to a perfect golden crisp, never greasy. You can tell they use quality, fresh-from-the-ocean ingredients. While the clam chowder can be a bit hit-or-miss depending on the day, the fried seafood alone is worth the stop.
The atmosphere is what you'd expect from a roadside spot in Maine: casual and bustling, with the option to grab your food to go or enjoy it at one of the picnic tables. The service is friendly, and you get the sense that this is a family-run establishment that takes pride in its work.
If you're looking for an authentic, delicious, and affordable taste of Maine's coastal cuisine, you can’t go wrong with Tracey's Seafood. It's an honest-to-goodness classic that captures the spirit of the state perfectly.
Food was rough.
Lobster rolls were tasteless.
Coleslaw definitely rancid.
Fried fish was 100% frozen and out of a box. Not remotely quality.
Side of sweet baby rays was nice.
Food took 35 minutes for 6 entrees.
