I really like dunkin' donuts. This place is awesome if you want to get a coffee you like or some donuts you like. Best to come first thing in the morning for the best selection of donuts. My friend plows the parking lot. Go here if you need caffeine Cheers!

Terrible terrible customer service terrible food. The person who was making impact I just purchased this all sandwiches spent $40.20 the lady Who was making the food? She has no clue what she’s making. Keep looking in the sleep. She made a terrible sandwich. I’ve been buying Dunkin product almost every day. This is the terrible sandwich ever I have eat. I don’t know how these people in the business you should close it down should not be in the business at all. It’s been 20 minutes. I left the place terrible worse than ever. I have seen sloppy as hell. The sandwich. ask the other coworker was working there so this is how you guys make a sandwich and he give you answer with the attitude. Yes, this is how we do wow, I’m like wow this is unreal.

The kid working today has a very very bad attitude and I asked for med coffee with two cream it is almost a cup of pure cream. Last I asked for the same and he filled it with sugar and I took it back and got a new one.ill stop going to all DDs owned by this owner go to Maine st bangor. The red headed kid hates me because I asked him to give me my coffee after taking my money and he would not ? made me wait while he slowly counts change and after a couple times I told him if you make me sit while you count change then i'm taking it instead of leaving it as a tip. I most always give 4 buckets? its brainless he will not hand out my coffee after getting cash? it's nuts. The kid has issues and should not work with the public.

The chick with short pink hair didn’t even put coffee in my drink. It’s trash. And the dude with a beard is typically rude and rips people off by lying about promotions. I tried to call and people don’t answer. The only consistently good employee this dunkin has ie the girl with long brown hair and glasses she makes my coffee right, is quick and polite.

I visited this Dunkin’ and assumed at 6PM I could get a breakfast sandwich, a meal deal, a bagel, ir anything warm to eat. I was told be a very rude person, there’s nothing here for you if you ant food or doughnuts. Then he walked off. Didn’t ask if I wanted coffee. At that point I already knew from his tone and degree of disrespect that I’d never step foot in there again. I also avoided buying my water at the Tradewinds in which the Dunkin was operating out of. Very unfortunate to the owner of Tradewinds isn’t the owner of that Dunkin. I’d rate the food but apparently they don’t serve food or maybe it’s just my kind. 5 thumbs down. Thank you for nothing Josh!

Horrible customer service; the large lady in front counter walked off while I was talking 3 times so I politely asked the lady cooking to grab her attention assuming she had a hearing Impairment because being completely ignored in the customer service industry is frowned upon. The cook was extremely ignorant and demanded I order my coffee right the first time. Huh that definitely rubbed me wrong

My issue with this place is with the store manager and how he runs the store and treats employees, as a former employee I had asked over the course of about 4 months to be switched to mornings due to diagnosed anxiety giving me sleeping issues. I had been promised mornings several times and nothing was followed through, the owner also actively hits on female customers and tries to give them free food. They continued to sell iced beverages to customers after knowing about mold I had found in the ice box, when told instead of immediately dealing with it, they waited 2 days and I got in trouble for leaving the ice containers empty.I was later fired while in the hospital after reporting my injury which would lead to an absence from work, because of my cash drawer being over when I'd left, which only happened because of my boss telling me I didn't need to check my drawer at the start of 2 or 3 shifts, originally there was a meeting planned because I'd been accused of lying about this incident. On top of everything else the store manager has come to my current work place to recommend they don't hire me. The owner of this store is rude, passive aggressive towards customers and employees, shows up to work in gym clothes and tries to interfere with future career opportunities.
Food is decent drinks are good but the staff has a hard time keeping up with orders. Even with just a couple of customers. They tend to deal with drive through first making customers at the counter waiting. The drinks are normally right but the food that gets screwed up is a little monontonous. Ordering something and getting the wrong food order 2 days in a row.
