Food is decent drinks are good but the staff has a hard time keeping up with orders. Even with just a couple of customers. They tend to deal with drive through first making customers at the counter waiting. The drinks are normally right but the food that gets screwed up is a little monontonous. Ordering something and getting the wrong food order 2 days in a row.

Ordered ahead a mobile order. Got here and there's not a single other car in the parking lot. Go to the window, where I'm asked to wait, approximately 5-7mins later someone finally says what can I get for you, I explain I ordered ahead and he says, ok we are still working on it. About another 5 minutes go by and still nobody at the window. There's NOBODY here, WHY do they act as if they're so busy and what takes soo long?!

Horrible. Do not mobile order—they prioritize customers who get in line after I’ve been standing and waiting for my order that I placed 10 minutes ahead …in order to grab and go. It would have been faster to be the 6th car in line in the drive thru. The Dunkin Dark hot coffee was far from hot and bitter tasting—I’m assuming it’s old. And, the coffee/condiment station is over the trash, which was dirty and smelled gross, it’s needs a deep cleaning.

This Dunkin is located in a Tradewinds in Veazie. The drive thur was quick and efficient. Staff was friendly and attentive. I will say the drive thur space is very tight and close to the building. Use caution in winter weather if your not a good tight space driver!

Got a coffee made just for me and the employee was great. She is overworked as we all are right now but still had a great attitude. God bless her and all of us that have to deal with critical customers that can't appreciate what we deal with on a daily basis. Be kind. And thank a cashier or barista or anyone that has to deal with inconsiderate customers.Again thank for the best Carmel cold brew I have had!

This morning I went in before work for breakfast in the Veazie location. I waited 15 min. and I would do so again. There was only 1 girl working this morning (03/02/22) and the drive thru was so busy, she had customers waiting inside yet, she manage to keep calm and stay positive and she hurried to get everyone's order in a timely manner. She also apologized to each customer for the extended wait. That's great customer service given her circumstances. Well done!

More often than not our order is wrong or incomplete and it takes forever. You’re much better off going to the dunkin in downtown Bangor if you want what you actually ordered.

I got burnt snackin bacon no Carmel swirl in my coffee only got one of my 2/3$ egg wraps got sugar in my coffee ask for Splenda and I know your short handed I pay higher prices for poor service is wrong not the first time this has happened how many more chances do u think u need to get it right
