Katahdin Kitchen is a gem worth trying, serving delicious street corn, Kisohs bowl (grain bowl), and Bison Bomb. The veggies are perfectly cooked, meat tender and flavorful. The summer soup and rolls are a perfect match, with cupcakes at just the right level of sweetness. Outstanding food that's highly recommended for a satisfying dining experience.
