Really good restaurant set up. There’s Korean Dad operating certain days of the week with great food. They also have certain days with other cuisines which involve a few pop-up shops rotating certain days of the week. There’s been an amazing pizza place. Recently there was a Mediterranean place as well. Service can depend on the pop-up shop as they’re all small business owners without much staff, but the food is always worth it. Strongly recommend trying this out. It’s a staple for any local in Bangor. There’s something beautiful about supporting small businesses over large chains. The food at Korean Dad is really good, I wish the menu was bigger. 🥰 the name is very cute as well.

Checked out a new restaurant that is working out of Korean Dad on Fridays and Saturdays 11a-7p. Shamee of Maine is Mediterranean and Levantine cuisine. I enjoy supporting small and local businesses and was very excited to check them out within the first week of them opening. It's a warm and cozy environment in the restaurant. Very friendly service. I ordered the chicken shwarma sandwich, kofta sandwich, and falafel sandwich. My favorite was the chicken shwarma wrap. I am very excited to have a more diverse selection of cultural foods that are hard to find in the bangor area. I look forward to going back and trying more delicious items on their menu. If you haven't checked them out they are on facebook as well as Korean Dad shares posts as well of all the different restaurants running out of Korean Dad on different days of the week.

I've been coming back over and over again because I feel like I'm getting a piece of a country I've been meaning to visit for quite some time now. Their Bulgogi, Kdogs, kimchi, Jjapaguri, everything is just so wholesome and delicious. The owners are so kind and I truly appreciate how they spread love through their culinary arts.

Went to have lunch on opening day of Lilias Cuban Cafe at Korean Dad’s and it was everything we needed and more! Solid Cuban food in Bangor that we will drive up for whenever possible! Definitely worth checking out!
