Bullwinkle's Steak House

Had really low expectations here, as the area isn’t known for having great restaurants, but I was pleasantly surprised. The nachos were good; burger was good, chicken parm was good, although the ribeye steak was mediocre. The fries are amazing. Waitress was attentive and prompt.

Really upped there game over the years. Everything was really quite good! Food was hot and well seasoned. Quality food, reasonably priced, waitress was on point!

Good restaurant but a little pricey. With tip my dinner for two was over one hundred dollars. My steak was average by steakhouse standards. The service was good and the atmosphere was pleasant.

Awesome rib eye steak cooked to perfection ,Caesar salad and really hot baked potato. Great service from our waitress Gina 😃 very pleasant!! We will definitely go back 😀

This is a great place to go if you don’t want to eat another lobster or something fried. Reasonable prices for a steak house and the meat is very good.

Always enjoy eating here when in Maine. Nice and clean and service is wonderful. The waitress we had was right on top of things and very pleasant. Highly recommend.

We have eaten at Bullwinkles for 2+ decades. Over the past decade, it has been hit or miss. I think today was the lowest. Came for Father’s Day Linner… waited a while to see a waitress, was asked “what can I get you” (not beginning with an introduction, asking for drinks and appetizers, or explaining specials or anything). So we gave her our entire order from drinks, to appetizers, to meals. She came back with the beverages, dropping and spilling a whole glass of soda on the Dad. Never apologized or offered compensation, and had to be asked for, and reminded to get, enough napkins for US to clean it up. It appeared a though the replacement soda was poured into the same glass with the duty ice cubes went into too. Food took forever to get and, aside from our son’s steak, was poor quality or incorrect. By the end, still no apology or compensation offered. All the while, our guest of honor sat cold, wet, and sticky from bathing in soda. Horrible experience and probably the last time we will go there.
