It's Dunkin. It just feels like generic food, generic coffee, and generic service. There really is no reason to go here anymore besides desperation.

Placed mobile order at 7:25am knowing full well they are a little slower so i should up around 7:50 thinking that was enough time.. nope i stood around seeing people get helped before me I got my order around 8:20 took just about an hour for 6 donuts and 1 coffee.. i get your short staffed but you can't just focus mainly on the drive thru.. if.your gonna do that shut your lobby down! If your on a time crunch don't go here!

Dunkin' quality has not been the same. There is no consistency. I keep coming back, hoping it will be back to the old quality, but it continues to disappoint. The staff were fantastic, but corporate needs to figure out the bigger quality issue of if the stuff being sent to the stores.

This place is a joke the whole point of putting in a mobile order is so it will be ready when you get there to pick up, now if I lived 2 minutes down the road I could see it not being ready the second I walk in, but I put the order in 15 minutes before I get there and most times still have to sit in build waiting for another 10-30 minutes while the person at the counter serves 3-6 other walk in customers before even glancing my way. Now im pretty sure im not wrong here but correct me if i am, doesnt the mobile order take priority over the walk ins, was that not the point of the app. I've been coming to this same dunkin for 7 years and I've never been as disgusted with this place and its service as I have been the last year or so... I'm starting to wonder if I even want to go to dunkin anymore. This is a great way to burn your name to the ground and lose business. I can't count how many people I've seen say "screw this" lose their money and leave because they had to wait 40 plus minutes for someone to take 2 minutes to make their coffee. What a horrible place to go!!

Worst customer service. They do not acknowledge the customer who has walked in and has been standing at the front counter patiently despite the door chime upon entry. Older female drive thru employee finally walks by and sees said customer, does not acknowledge, and talks into her headset for someone to come to the front counter. A younger male employee emerges from the bathroom, looks over at us, and goes about his business in an adjacent room. Then, that employee emerges and proceeds to assist the customer in the call in order line who just walked in. Worst experience during our whole trip to Maine. Thanks, Dunkin.
Tried to order the same thing we have always ordered for a decade across literally hundreds of Dunkin locations and they refused to make it. Went to Rockland and they had no problem making it. Pass.

Donuts aren't very good but the matcha latte is decent. Bread in the sandwiches tastes very odd. Bagels are decent.
