Longest lines; incompetent employees. I have gotten an in store refund plenty of times before today, and because they don’t want to give me a refund for the drink they don’t have they force me to “get a refund on the app” which literally doesn’t work. Support chat is down so now I’m out money that I won’t be getting back. Don’t waste your time or money at this establishment.

placed a mobile walk in order, got my coffee then waited in there for 40 minutes and told multiple people my name and what I was waiting for just for them to say they don’t have my food. work on communication plz

Drive thru is always 15 min slower than any other drive thru experience. You will wait and wait and wait; when you pull up to the microphone - instead of being greeted…you will wait in silence. Questioning whether it’s broken. Or if anyone is inside. the operation of this place is fundamentally the worst drive thru experience of any franchise, anywhere. Dunkin should revoke their licenses. And someone should open up Aroma Joe’s next-door, they would crush it.

Would give a higher rating but their service wasn't great people act like they don't wanna be there.Also have screwed up our orders multiple times...food has been burned a few times but other times depending on who's working it's great!

It would be faster for you to buy a piece of land, establish a farm and make your own food then wait in line at this place. They always get the orders wrong and they are rude.

Placed mobile order at 7:25am knowing full well they are a little slower so i should up around 7:50 thinking that was enough time.. nope i stood around seeing people get helped before me I got my order around 8:20 took just about an hour for 6 donuts and 1 coffee.. i get your short staffed but you can't just focus mainly on the drive thru.. if.your gonna do that shut your lobby down! If your on a time crunch don't go here!
