Once we found out they are ending their beer production, my partner and I were floored. We loved the atmosphere, particularly in the spring and summer in the back yard area. They made wonderful beer which was different from any of the other numerous breweries in Maine. Very sad to hear they are done with that part of the business, we can’t see ourselves getting out there for their pizza. Really hope they rethink that decision.

I love this place. I’m not a beer drinker so I had a glass of wine. I’m not much into pizza, either. But, the pizza was delicious: sweet onions with roasted Brussels sprouts, balsamic vinegar drizzled on top. Crust perfect.
Amazing brewery. Unique beers, floral, spicey, interesting flavors. Nice outdoor space.
Great spot for delicious brew, nice (outdoor) atmosphere, and decent food. Only negative was a guest who brought a very nervous/aggressive dog who should not have been close to little kids.
Stopped last night and it was the perfect way to land after a long drive. Friendly staff, great beer, wood fired pizza and a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Thank you.
Delicious pizza & drinks made with love and integrity. Can't wait to return!
Lovely stop, nice selection of beer. Super nice back yard that is pup friendly
great beer and plenty of room to get away from the people who like to bring their screaming babies to breweries! ?
Very good beers and pizzas, but if you need the gluten free crust, better call before you go to make sure they have it, because sometimes they don't.
We have been coming to this part of Maine for 30 years, but this was our first time visiting Odd Alewives. If you enjoy farmhouse style beer and rustic pizzas made from local ingredients, this is the place for you! I sampled the Odd Night, a delicious mild black ale as well as Odd Job, an IPA that is approachable for people who don’t necessarily enjoy that style of beer. Our pizza was the Sweet Pepper and Hot Honey. The peppers are grown on site and were perfectly blistered. The pizza crust was crispy, and the hot honey added the perfect amount of spice. We are definitely coming back for more!

Very cool and simple, laid-back brewery with lots of room to sit outside and delicious pizzas too
We had come to Maine to spend the week at Acadia. On our way home we stopped by Odd Alewives. While it wasn’t on our itinerary when we left Pennsylvania, it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. I forgot something there and they were only too kind to send it along to me. John and Sarah are the best, and this place is incredible. Our new favorite ale house — too bad it’s a day’s drive from home. But even, at that, it’s almost worth the drive. Really!
This is a hidden gem! Terrific beer, beautiful garden venue, with fresh and creative pizza. We stopped here on a whim and stayed until they closed. We will be back.
Nice beer variety, friendly staff, great outdoor seating. This was a wonderful find as we were winding our way north on vacation.
I'm a.huge fan of wood fired pizza and this place might be the best I've ever had. The unique pizza toppings are so much fun yet so strange. My group was sharing their pizza so I got to try one I was not sure about, but the fiddleheads and pickled apples work so well together! I ordered the pepperoni and added mushrooms, the best pizza I've had in a while. Also I tried the Odd Ember, a smoky ale that was actually delicious and I'm not a huge fan of beers and ales.
