HIGHLIGHT of my little solo weekend away. What an absolute gem. Saw someone write a review complaining about prices of their chocolate chip cookies, which 1) this person must be living under a rock or hasn’t eaten out in a while because these prices are very normal, and 2) THIS WAS THE BEST CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE I EVER HAD!!! I’m not exaggerating.
I came here for breakfast both mornings. Bagels were absolutely delicious, they don’t skimp on the fabulous cream cheese, and the vibes are immaculate (as well as the iced lattes). Don’t miss this spot!!
Hidden gem of the area, and a much appreciated safe space in an otherwise weird leaning state.
The breakfast egg, bacon and cheese biscuit slaps harder than a drag show on a Saturday night. Do not skip it.
Coffee is fine, the tea selection is great, and the space is nicely decorated and clean. Parking is street and might be scarce during the tourist season.

Saturday mornings are the best. Homemade cinnamon rolls and maple 🍁 lattes. The family who runs this place, runs it with love and open hearts 💕 for all. It is so encouraging to see and interact with them. Both my husband and myself truly look forward to each and every visit. Relishing in their support of other local business and artists. Thank you Lyn and Eli.
Unfortunately lacks dairy-free options. Could only get some granola. But cute place and parking behind block.

This is a beautiful gem of a place. The biscuits with butter and strawberry jam are perfection--every.single.thing I have ever ordered from there is delicious. It's owned and operated by wonderful people who are making it a welcoming hub for community events and local artists and makers. Really special.

Oh my gosh. My fiance and I stopped here for a quick coffee before heading to Acadia. Our iced oat milk lattes were like iced velvet washing over our palettes like an energy fueled cascading waterfall. It’s leaving us euphoric and so excited for the days adventures. We can’t stop smiling about our delicious our coffee is. Best we’ve ever had!

This place is way overpriced! I bought 2 pieces of coffee cake and 2 cookies and it cost $24! The pieces of coffee cake were small about 2”x2” and had no taste at all. I love supporting local businesses but I will never go back here.

My daughter introduced me to Perch. I would have written off my love of Perch as being very informed by my love of my daughter but there's more to it than that. Yes, the baked things are extraordinary. Yes, the service is warm, friendly, and attentive. Yes the atmosphere is welcoming, comfortable, and inclusive. But there's still more to it than that. Here's the thing. Every day when my daughter goes in to get her morning cup they tell her that I love her for me. And she feels it.

The Perch is a delightful, cozy, quirky little coffee cafe with delicious coffee, tea, and baked goods all made in-house. Now I can not stress enough that I really hate biscuits, but their egg, cheese, and bacon biscuit breakfast sandwhich is amazing. The bacon is perfectly cooked, the egg a light souffle, cheese perfectly melted, and the biscuit light and not too crumbly with a delicate flavor. Try it. You will love it, and you know if the locals love it, it is a great place!
