I order on the app, but every time my order is missed up because they can’t seem to read the ticket. I worked at subway for 3 years, the ticket that prints for an online order is simple to read. But for some reason this location can’t seem to get it right.
I have to say that out of all the subways locally, this is the one for our family. LOVE this one! The guy there that has been there for a long time is amazing. He listens, accommodates and let's you try a free sample of sauces when they come out with new ones. Our sandwiches are always perfectly wrapped, no leaking and is the perfect pictured sandwhich when he makes it. We love going here when he is working. He makes the best and he should be the manager because I hear him when he's training the newbies and he truly cares and knows his stuff. Thank you!!
I ordered I sandwich for pick up. When I open it to eat it the Cucumber were slimy and very old. There were hardly any veggies.The sandwich smelled like tuna but I did NOT ordered tuna. I did not eat it and I will not go back.
They told me I have to pay extra for vegetables now because they cost the store money. The sandwichs are overpriced I won't be ordering again from waldoboro subway.

Ordered 4 sandwiches 2 were the same and the other 2 were also the same but different things on the sandwhich 2 of what was supposed to be the same sandwiches. BOTH were supposed to have ham extra mayo light pickles lettuce and bacon. ONE had ham bacon and hardly any mayo the second one had pickles bacon amd once again hardly any mayo? It's not that hard to read the online order and I can't even get my money back because it won't let me update my email and is using an email I don't have access to anymore
Only order from this subway when the manager is there. She’s great. Anyone else, you’re at risk. This is the second time in the past couple of weeks I’ve had to get a refund (at this location) because it’s just too gross to eat and too much time has been wasted. I’ve tried to give this subway many chances, but many times I end up standing in the store waiting for my order, even though the app says my sandwiches were ready way before I showed up. Today, I waited half an hour in the store watching everyone get served before me, even though my order was half an hour late (mobile order). And when I asked for them to remake the other sandwiches that were sitting there getting soggy for over 30 minutes, they said no. Guess I’ll get subway another day 🤷♀️ and I understand you were busy, but please don’t make sour faces at customers or whisper things about them in front of them, especially when you are in customer service. Not to mention the cross contamination that I witnessed the entire time. Doesn't personally affect me, but for everyone else be careful.
The woman that made my sandwich a hour ago was great, the sandwich was great she was nice
I love it at the Waldoboro Subway. They treat me very well and always make my sandwiches awesome and then some.
Ordering thru the app is a nightmare. Items are hard to find and the coupons are the magically disappearing kind. Wayyyy faster to call the store. Wouldn't have been such a big deal if it weren't a dinner emergency and the limited choice of restaurants in the area.

I was so impressed by the three people working June 14 during lunch. They were friendly, fast, and professional. And best of all they were kind to each other and guests. It appeared as if they enioyed working together.

Disappointed, this crew is rude, act like your an inconvenience to them when you come inside to order yet when you try to order online from this particular Subway they never seem to get your order even though they charge your debit card immediately and then they act like it's your fault they don't know how to refresh their system to retrieve the orders from online. Then when you actually get to eat the food you paid for twice now(once online for an order im not getting and the one i now ordered in the store and actually got)same order mind you, chahed twice at this point and get out sandwiches and get out to the car to eat and the chicken bacon ranch sandwich my son ordered was covered in what was said to be ranch but was orange like their southwest mayo sauce and the chicken was nasty all gristle and fatty and he wouldn't eat it when it is usually his favorite one. Then my husband's was a Italian BMT which how can you get that wrong right. Well you would think. But they ended making him a spicy Italian or something like that it only had pepperoni or salami on it for meat and pepperjack cheese when he asked for American to begin with and dry untoasted and they called it good. Well then my sandwich was an easy meatball sub with cheese supposed to be American and got shredded but a leas it was hot and had the meatballs on it and thank God for that. So yup very disappointed is what I was, especially when my order for three footling sandwiches that were nasty and not one made correct cost me almost $50. We have give them two shots and this just crossed a line that I can't handle. Mind you the one star is only there so I could leave this review. I wish that I would've taken pics of the food but weren't thinking of taking pictures a this point. Never again I will go to firehouse subs from now on even though I have to travel a half hour longer for them that's how bad this experience has been for me and my family.
