We stayed at the Kawanhee Inn when we were in Maine to drop our kids off at summer camp. We stayed in the Inn and ate at the restaurant for 3 nights. The rooms are comfortable, nicely decorated and extremely clean. The location on the lake is just stunning, and there's a great back porch to drink coffee in the morning or have a cocktail at night. Service is super friendly. The food at the restaurant is exceptional and I can't think of a nicer place to eat dinner than...
Vegetarian options: Appetizers and entre options available.
Parking: Broken up areas for parking, but sufficient.
